It is close to the most popular and sought after beaches of Ilhabela, south of the island, high on the mountain with a beautiful view of the sea.

The house has 03 bedrooms (2 suites), has air conditioning in one of the suites and the other rooms fans, and also has air conditioning in the living room, kitchen with microwave, blender, cooker hood, refrigerator and utensils. basic, Wi-Fi, 3 bathrooms, gourmet area with barbecue, jacuzzi with deck, balcony with hammock, 3 car garage, automatic gate.

Just 1.8 Km from Curral Beach and immediately after Praia Grande, Julião, and Cabras Island.

The house is located near Rua Paulina Serafim dos Anjos, high on the mountain, as shown in the photos, so it has a paradise view. That's why we like to let our guests know about the 150-meter high climb to the house at an angle of about 90 degrees, which the car will need to be in first gear. On rainy days we suggest not to drive up. .
And so we inform the rise and fall so as not to have any doubt.
