This house is opened planned & has the perfect balance between spaciousness & privacy.

The space is filled with endless amounts of character & charm.

This house is made of high rammed earth walls, sections of mud brick, selected timbers, large amounts of glass to maximize nature within.

Every room in the house has a view overlooking the native bush.

Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and birds singing their morning song.

HOUSE LAYOUT

- The house has 4 bedrooms & an overflow area that can work as a 5th - bedroom if needed.
- 3 bathrooms.
- 9 beds in total- sleeps 13 guests comfortably.

DOWNSTAIRS-
fully equipped sunken gourmet kitchen which overlooks the rosemary, lavender bay leaf tree.

A large Jarrah dining table seats 10 comfortably- There is another table in the kitchen for extra guests if needed.

Elevated sunny lounge area with 2 couches & French doors that take you outside to the hammock area.

Spacious second lounge area with 3 couches, flat screen TV with DVD player and a large wood fire to cozy up to in the cooler months. Split wood is supplied during winter.

Indoor rain water spa surrounded by windows and glass sliding doors to enjoy the views. The sliding doors leads you through to the under cover veranda where the BBQ & sitting area is located.

Downstairs bathroom comes off the spa room.

Separate toilet.

Downstairs laundry with washing machine & dryer if needed.

BEDROOM 1 downstairs - Queen bed and a Set of bunks sleeping 2

UPSTAIRS-
The stair case leads you onto the beautifully wide indoor verandah which links the second storey together. This is a truly unique feature of the house. It creates a sense of space & togetherness.

BEDROOM 2- Very large master bedroom with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed with walk in wardrobe & ensuite
BEDROOM 3 upstairs - Queen size bed
BEDROOM 4 upstairs - King size bed with ensuite
OVER FLOW AREA - works as a 5th bedroom if needed, its sectioned off by curtains, has 2 single beds and shares the 4th bedrooms ensuite.

The second level spills out onto the outside verandah, which is engulfed with grape vines at certain times of the year, this deck overlooks the block and is a beautiful area to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down in amongst the trees.

The whole property runs off rain water which is a joy to drink & makes your feel rejuvenated.

Wilderness by the sea is a completely private retreat.

At certain times of the year, whales passing by can be observed from the coast just mins away from the house.

Perfect for families, groups or a honeymoon couples wanting something special.

A short stroll across the way leads you to the 18 hole golf course.
