BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was EXCEPTIONAL. Location was GREAT. It had everything promised. Replace (2) twins beds, disintegrating box springs not very welcoming, definitely not comfortable. Condo needs a good deep cleaning as well. Owner & Management excellent.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Probably the best view of all units in Spanish Main; especially of the ocean and for rocket launches. A terrific location and it's own garage parking definitely great advantages. Like many units (we've stayed in six others) it needs additional lighting. Some others have fastened overhead fixtures with fans and lights and have the wires on chains running down the wall. Or, a cheaper yet effective solution is to get several pole lamps. The cabinets could use new hinges, the bathroom faucets could be replaced and a few more dishes wouldn't hurt. Did we like it, we plan to return.
