This lovely home was renovated to include today's modern facilities, whilst retaining its original era's warmth and ambience. Situated on the high side of the street, Bayswater Views Holiday House commands views towards Perth's hills and beyond. It is located close to public transport (bus & train), as well as the Bayswater Car Rental depot. Perth's iconic Swan River is just a 15min stroll away with plenty of open parkland, free BBQ facilities and sheltered picnic tables, walking/running/cycling paths, a bird sanctuary, fishing jetty and a fabulous children's playground.
Lovely lawns welcome you to the front of the home, and the front and rear gardens provide a pleasant outdoor retreat to enjoy.
The home has polished jarrah floors and high ceilings, with ample space to accommodate up to 8 guests. Highly suitable for business or holiday travellers, and an excellent option for longer term relocation stays. Families welcome.

Comfortable and accessible

We had a great time at the property. It is central to everything north and south of the river. The property was clean and serviceable. We had little kids and it was suitable out the back for playing. Great time had by all.

The house was a beautiful older built house with fireplaces in the bedrooms, hardwood flooring, crown mouldings, and a great back yard. The house had everything we needed for our stay, including the four bedrooms, a large lounge room with wifi, TV, and comfy couches, and a spacious kitchen with everything you could want, and a laundry, and more. Our host was amazing and accommodating, and made the whole experience a dream. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. There was a mango tree, grape vines, and a lemon tree in the yard also. Delicious!

All of the amenities you could ask for are provided. The place is also strategically located, close to the airport and the city. Would definitely visit this place again!

Brilliant location perfect for our sports tournament in Bayswater. Handy to station, airport and central Perth this is an excellent rental property.We booked late after a change in plans and needed somehwere close to Bayswater, fortunately the house was available Katherine was really helpful, processing our booking quickly so we could make arrangements, meeting us at the house and was really friendly.We had a great week in Perth and couldn't fault our stay we even had wi-fi access.The property was clean, well maintained and very comfortable and although we had a minor issue with some keys this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.If we were returning to Perth we would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks.

Location is everything and this house is ideal for visits to the city, the hills, the beach and especially the Swan Valley.We travelled from Scotland and stayed for just over 5 weeks and a better home from home I doubt you could find.The house itself is fantastic and the owners Kathryn and Les are such nice people and couldn't be more helpful.On our next visit to Perth (which can't come soon enough)this property will be our first choice, and would change our dates to suit if it came to it.Again thanks to Kathryn and Les, for helping make our holiday even better than we'd hoped for.
