Luxury waterfront living in Newport, direct access to Pittwater in Salt Pan Cove. Brand new 3 double bedroom, 4 bathroom house. Modern open plan, fully furnished with extensive artwork. Modern kitchen, 2 ovens, huge entertaining area opening out to yard, pool, all at the waters edge. Balconys off all bedrooms. North facing. 2 Car parking spaces. 5 mins to Newport or Avalon shops and beaches. Public wharf 4 houses along.
Suit 2 small families or 3 couples or similar.
Watch the tide move in Salt Pan Cove, look across to Scotland Island and the moored yachts through to the National Park.

PLEASE NOTE – This property is not suitable for school leavers/Hens/Bucks parties/Events/Weddings/Birthday parties - this is a family property with permanent residents as neighbours and noise must be kept to a minimum. Large groups of adults are ONLY accepted on the basis that they respect our neighbours and abide by our terms, conditions and House Rules. A copy of your photo id will be requested on confirmation. Your booking may be cancelled if this is not provided.

Wonderful stay on the waterfront in Newport. The property is beautifully designed and there has been a lot of thought put into the living spaces and rooms. Love the artwork and little touches throughout. Doug is a fantastic host, communicated clearly and frequently throughout our stay, he set up a baby cot for us which was perfect for bubs. All things considered, the five star rating is well deserved and we will definitely be back!

This was a big WOW property! From the moment I entered the home, I felt welcomed, comfortable and super happy with my choice.So much space, resplendent with works of art, and yet still felt huge. We had a great time at Doug's place; his home is the perfect place for a get together with friends. Everything you need is there, comfortable rooms, an inviting pool, incredible views; peacefulness of the area; and two great yacht clubs located down the road. For those who want to explore the Northern Beaches this house is ideally located. Nice restaurants nearby both in Newport and Newport Beach, but also in the two neighbouring yacht clubs. Manly in the south and Palm Beach in tje north are both appr.30 mins by car.

I built this property in 2011 to take full advantage of the incredible views.
It is so peaceful and tranquil waking up overlooking the cove and the yachts, and hearing the water lapping up to go to sleep to.
Swimming or kayaking directly off the house seawall is possible, or just enjoy the pool.
Some nice tree-lined walks from the house, or enjoy the park next door but one to the house. Or just 40m up the road is a public wharf, good to throw a fishing line from, or to just admire the views.
I plan to stay here as long as I can, as I know no other place so tranquil.
