This townhome surrounds you with forest views, cozy gathering spaces, and easy winter access to the slopes.



Living spaces

The main living area gives you a comfortable place to unwind after snow-filled days, complete with a gas fireplace and a TV for relaxed evenings in. A second sitting area overlooking the lounge provides an additional spot to read, play board games, or enjoy downtime with your group. Large windows frame the surrounding forest, bringing natural light and alpine scenery indoors.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals between ski runs or shuttle trips to the village, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking essentials. A dining table that seats six allows you to gather for both early breakfasts before heading out and warm dinners after returning from the trails.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep bathtub, shower, and single vanity. The second bedroom on this level features a king split bed that can be arranged as a king or two twins. The second bathroom also offers a deep bathtub with a shower and single vanity. On the main level, the third bedroom includes a tri-bunk bed with a double and a single, providing flexible sleeping space for families or groups of friends.



Outdoor living

Step onto your private hot tub deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air while soaking under the sky. A covered carport accommodates one small vehicle, and a mudroom offers practical space for storing winter gear.



Amenities

You’ll have in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, heating, indoor fireplace, portable fans, and bathroom essentials. Bedroom conveniences include bed linens, towels, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage. The home also has a safe and key safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Self check-in is available with a smart lock.



Ski access

Ski-in/ski-out access is available seasonally from late December to March, connecting you to Merlin’s Run and the Blackcomb Gondola when snow conditions permit. You can also return home via the same trail, offering a seamless winter experience right from the Stoneridge complex.

Guest Access:

Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Stoneridge sits in Whistler’s Benchlands, a quiet, forested neighbourhood with sweeping mountain views. The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. • Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
