Beechworth Waterfall Cottage
Overlooking the waterfall and on the lip of the gorge in the heart of Beechworth this fully self-contained, meticulously restored Victorian cottage offers accommodation for a couple, a family or a group of up to 6 people, You are situated in the main street and just a 5 minute walk to the centre of town, yet have no neighbours either side and your views will give you a “wow, nature is special” moment.
This lovingly restored 1890’s weatherboard cottage is one of Beechworth's finest Victorian-era restorations and has everything you could need to make your stay in Beechworth memorable.
The Space
Using the belief a holiday home should be comfortable and not less than what you have at home, we have furnished this cottage with high-quality beds, luxury furniture and pieces of unique handmade artwork.
Three large bedrooms with 3.6mtr ceilings, high-end queen beds and one King with hotel quality linen and vintage Japanese Kimonos to use. The bedrooms are designed to be a peaceful haven, decorated in natural tones and warmed and cooled with reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen and lounge is a combined space furnished with King living and a handmade table by wildwood furniture. Your views take in beautiful vistas of the gorge waterfall, creek, vineyard, and dry stone walls and the valleys beyond. You can sit on the porch, enjoying the Webber BBQ while taking in the view, or take a 30mtr stroll for a look at the natural rock pool above the falls.
Other things to note
Secure off-street bike storage in a shed or on the back porch. An abundance of off-street parking as the house is set on a 2200sqmtr block overlooking the Beechworth Gorge and Newtown Falls.

After years of looking for the right property, it just happened. There are very few houses in Beechworth with this view so from the moment we walked onto the property we knew this was the one.
