THE LOCATION
Our Silver Lake location is top-notch for those who want to ski, hike, mountain bike and explore Park City!

Part of the coveted Ridgepoint Condominiums in Park City, our condo is just 300 yards from the Upper Deer Valley Ski Resort. At over 8000 feet of elevation, it offers access to world class skiing.

Our mid-mountain complex has its own ski-out access trail that leads directly to Last Chance and then Success ski runs. Ski back to Snow Park Lodge to Silver Link, then a short walk across Royal Street back to the access trail and the condo.

If you visit in warm weather, enjoy Ridgepoint’s pool, spa basketball and tennis courts.

After an adventure-packed day on the mountain, unwind in your own private 6-person hot tub with an elevated mountain and aspen tree forest view!

INSIDE THE CONDO
With approximately 1650 square feet of newly remodeled, nicely appointed living space on two levels, this condo provides plenty of space for 6+ people and is very family friendly.

Two balconies face mountain views. Look out at the peaks and daydream about the next day’s outdoor adventures or just appreciate the break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, just down the hall, has a set of full size bunk beds and shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom. This third bedroom has a queen bed and a first-rate feature: it’s located right next to the deck with the private hot tub!

The second level includes the dining area, the fully appointed kitchen and the living room. In the living area, find vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling rustic stone fireplace.

Up the stairs from this main level is the loft, which has a queen sized sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) and is a cozy place to relax and read a book.

With this condo as your base camp, you're a short drive or free bus ride away from historic Main Street Park City where there's a foodie’s dream selection of places to eat and drink, festivals, and live music all year round!
