Kitchen, Bathroom is spacious* with nice glass shower surround, LOFT with full size good comfortable new floor mattress! + cover!, bed linen all provided, towells and tea cloths also.
Little Living room with comfy large couch. NOT a fold out bed or futon. Nice + COMFY to sleep on tho ;)

;) Lovely Tiny house, home, cottage or cabin on our quiet friendly property; Welcomes you and your loved ones! Acreage around us gives beautiful open Country Views. Lovely quiet neighbors. You're in the country with the Dungeness river 1 mile down the road to the Schoolhouse Museum bridge. The Strait of Juan de Fuca is 1.5 miles from us in the same direction. The river enters the Strait right here and this Spring our Guests have fun walking along Dungeness beach down the road from us! Hike the Dungeness Spit!The river is the shortest fastest flowing river in the country, coming down from the Olympic Mountains just behind our town, Sequim! I've only seen it flowing fast once in 18 years, in the summer it's shallow and meanders mostly. Swimming is seen and some fishing near the bridge, esp on 4th July! It is so hot. :D

The new plumbing has the faucets inside the tiny house: hot and cold REVERSED! SO there IS hot water :) ;)

Great value and seclusion.

The host was really nice very fast response. We enjoyed our stay. They let use use the water hose from there other property to clean our bikes off. Everything worked out for us.

Great little spot!

Tiny home was cute and convenient. The breaker did pop once while we were there but the box is on the side of the house and it was a quick and easy fix. Margi was very quick to respond and a great host.

Host not helpful with our concerns

Host has forced my hand to give this review even though she has recently taken her Rental off of VRBO site. We booked the Tiny House for 6 nights during Christmas Holiday for our adult kids ages 22 & 19. We were visiting family here in Sequim and needed additional sleeping space. Upon arriving we discovered that the listing was not as stated: 2 adults, 2 beds. However, there was only 1 mattress in a loft and a couch (not a pullout). Our kids were willing to stay anyway. When they had a wifi "logging on" issue they asked me to contact the Host to clarify. They eventually figured out the correct Network and password from a faded "post-it" note. The next morning when my daughter took a shower, she said that the water did not warm up even though there was hot water coming from sink faucets. The host's response became very defensive and basically said they were probably taking too long showers or did not know how to turn the shower handle. Funny thing is that a previous review also mentioned the lack of hot water. We assumed the host would meet us to check out the Shower personally to see what the problem was instead of being so defensive in her messages as they live on the same property. After we reached out about the Shower the Host started asking if we would like to "Cancel" This was stated 3x within 24 hours....her reason was that she can't afford a Bad Review. This back and forth on VRBO messaging became worrisome and we decided to take her up on her offer of Cancelling especially after the Host would not check out the shower situation. We moved our kids out after only 2 nights stay. We have now discovered that you are at the mercy of the VRBO host. "Its at the Host discretion to return any funds. " We sent messages to Host many times stating we didn't wish to leave a review, but to please refund us for the 4 days minus the cleaning fee. The host chose to ignore all my messages. She feels we scammed her when in fact it is the other way around. We have sent all VRBO messages from her to our Credit Card company and VRBO and have requested a Charge Back. So sad that our first experience with VRBO resulted like this.

Gosh! We have NOT taken our Listing off Vrbo. It is available ;) These people were staying with the Grandma and decided to all* stay at her house. They made up excuses to try and get a refund by painting a very sad and untruthful picture here ... There's one hot water heater, so if there's hot water in the kichen sink as they've admitted, right next to it, then there's hot water in the shower and bathroom sink also as they're in the next room, as you will see. **Our Guests love our beautiful Tiny House/Cabin and have come back to stay longer as! Some have moved to Sequim. I am so thankful for all our Vacation Rental's beautiful online Reviews which I can send out, since 2018! We have certainly not* taken our Listing off VRBO. Thanks SO much!

Stay at Lavendar Fairie Dust Cottage

The property was a disappointment. Not clean. The microwave had a dirty dish with popcorn in it. The toaster oven was full of food crumbs. The bathroom needed cleaning. The entrance to the property was worn and shoddy feeling. I told the property owner about the unclean kitchen appliances and bathroom needing cleaning. I asked not to be charged the cleaning fee since I was coming into a place that NEEDED cleaning. She assured me she would refund my cleaning fee. I have yet to hear from her. Disappointing!

This harassment... you are giving me is inbelievable! -unless I pay you or give/ "comp" you a free night..This harassment: I sent to Vrbo as you have threatened (+they have your VOICE messages that show on my visual* voicemail that you left on my cell phone as proof.) - to give me a good review or a bad review!?? You said "this can go one way or the other" in your Visual* voice mails to me :0 -Unless* I PAY you?!? ....so sad... I'd rather everyone knows about this, than literally PAY you.

It was good value for the money. Bit we lost power for twice for 3 nights. And they don't have hot water for shower...haha

Yes of course there's hot water Sumin... We just had a new bathroom installed. You just needed to turn the faucet the other way...? Also you had many electrical things plugged in at 1 time..? I showed you how I clicked the main back on. The GFI is there for a purpose. In Case a Guest does this. It is a safety factor! It only tripped on 1 night. That is not being truthful and it is very hurtful.

A nice quiet stay

We had such a lovely stay. The property is clean and quiet. Margi was attentive and quick to respond to my questions. Check out was a breeze! The place is also very close to a lavender farm!

This is quiet beautiful countryside! with the SALT WATER, Dungeness River & Bird Watching & 3 GOLF COURSES are within a mile to 4 miles reach!
All the homes are on an acre or 2 or 10!+ :)

What makes this property unique

We love this area as we are only 1 mile from the Strait of Juan de fuca!
Beach, boat launch, kayaking under the eagles flying right overhead!
(+ trying to steal our White Wedding Doves!)
(they have a nest next door plus one up the road)
and besides the deer in our garden, the peacocks roam up to your door and even the odd bear has followed the river:
(that enters the salt water, literally 1 mile down the road from here)
From upstream in the mountains plus the odd cougar is sighted very occasionally tho - behind the hill!

Don't be put off ;D
It's quiet and absolutely peaceful and lovely here!
Town is 4 miles straight up our road with my favorite Restaurant and Coffee shops ;) β™‘β™‘
