Very nice house located close to Quimper old town- about a 20min walk. The house is very well equipped with a nice garden and outside sitting area. Great walk in shower. Very good value for money and friendly host.

Maison située dans une petite rue pavillonnaire tranquille. Hôte présent à l’arrivée pour nous accueillir. Centre de Quimper à 20 minutes à pied. Attention : garage accessible à une petite berline seulement mais stationnement facile devant la maison.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel und ein Auto sollte man dabei haben. Da wir länger unterwegs waren, war es gut, dass wir zwischendurch waschen konnten. Mit dem Handy kamen wir auch sprachlich einigermaßen zurecht.

Ein schönes Haus in absolut ruhiger Wohnlage, mit Terrasse und Garten. Inneneinrichtung perfekt. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Ideal zum Erkunden des gesamten Südwestens der Bretagne. Die Felsenküste zu erwandern ist traumhaft schön!

schöner Aufenthalt in Quimper

Das Haus in Quimper liegt in einem Wohngebiet, in ruhiger Lage. Für 2 Personen recht großzügig mit schöner Terasse vom Wohnzimmer aus zu begehen. Bis zum Zentrum von Quimper ( Kathedrale) sind es zu ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Wer zum Frühstück das leckere französische Baguette und andere süße Leckereien mag, braucht ein Auto oder Fahrrad. Fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben wir nicht gefunden. Mit Auto ist das Einkaufen problemlos. Wer es ruhig mag, in angenehmer ruhiger Atmoshäre, dem sei dieses Haus empfohlen.

We received a friendly reception by the owner. The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, etc, etc. House has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, garden, balcony. Enough space for a longer stay with 4 people. Easy parking in front of the house. House is in living area. We only missed a bakery at a short distance for fresh bread in the morning. Center of very beautiful city Quimper at 20 minutes walking distance. We had bikes with us so distance was not really a problem. Recommended stay!

Très beau pavillon avec terrain et garage, le tout parfaitement équipé Nous avions prévu 2 semaines pour visiter Quimper et les environs et au final, nous avons pu prolonger d'une semaine tant l'endroit est agréable super séjour du 02 au 23 août 2014

Very comfortable, clean and modern inside. The listing is very accurate with more to offer. Ideal for a couple or small group. The house has every facility a modern home from home would have. The kitchen was well fitted with all requirements to cook a good meal. This house is well insulated and would be very comfortable in winter. Lovely rear garden, not overlooked, south facing ideal for lazy sunny evening cocktails on elevated decking. Situated in a quiet mature residential area. No parking problems. The bus service to town is not very frequent so a car is essential even for shopping. The main town bypass dual carriageway is half a kilometre away, ideal for easy access to all routes. The old town is enchanting with a reasonable variety of restaurants,shops and markets. There is also a large shopping mall with a Carrfour supermarket for groceries. We are from Ireland and do not have much French and the owner does not have much English but we able to arrange our transaction very well with the help of Google Translate. Mr Gueguen is a charming man and made us very welcome on arrival with a gift of crepes and local cider. The only little niggle we had was my wife likes only tea. We had a choice of coffee machines but could not find an electric kettle. We boiled water in a pot. So little to complain about! We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this property. We wanted to give 5 out of 5 but the rating icon would not go to 5 the last 2 were greyed out.

Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire avant notre arrivée. Bon accueil avec des crêpes et du cidre offerts par ce dernier ! Maison très agréable, encore plus que ce que les photos de l'annonce ne laissent paraître. Très bien entretenue, au calme avec un jardin et une terrasse sympathiques, la cuisine est toute neuve avec de l'électro-ménager dernier cri. Idéalement située dans le Finistère car nous étions près de tous nos lieux de visite (Douarnenez, Audierne, Concarneau, Le Guivinec, Pont-l'Abbé, etc...), et bien placée dans Quimper, nous rejoignions rapidement le centre-ville à pieds (pour les balades, évènements, faire le marché, etc). Je recommande très vivement cette location aux familles / couples / amis qui souhaitent visiter le Finistère !
