Hi welcome! This is a 2 bed/2 bath condo on 2nd floor with private patio. Come stay and relax in this well-kept unit with a private balcony overlooking pool area with mountain view. Plenty of beach front restaurants and bars to enjoy in town (6-10 min walk) or try a few of the restaurants or coffee shops that are located within a few blocks. All windows have screens if you choose to enjoy the tranquil ocean breeze. Ac units are located in both bedrooms to cool entire condo is you so choose.

I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and work as a respiratory therapist. I first visited Playa Del Coco in 2006. This was my first visit to Costa Rica as well. I spent 2 weeks discovering different towns and beaches. It was the town of Coco I fell in love so I bought a place. I now travel back often with my 8 year old son. I hope you enjoy Coco as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

My unit has a very well equipped kitchen is you prefer to cook or enjoying cooking as much as I do. All windows have screens if you so choose the nice ocean breeze over AC. Each room has ceiling fans. All windows in bedrooms have blackout curtains if you like to sleep in. The private balcony overlooks the pool area and provides a nice view as well.
