Our mission is to meet and or exceed your expectations of a vacation rental home. The home is perfectly situated in the middle of the exuberant atmosphere of the West Valley, and many more entertainment attractions convenient for all ages.

This spacious home is ideally suitable for up to 8 adults, and features all the necessary amenities to nurture and nourish all who enter it by creating a warm and welcoming refuge. The property is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2-bath, 6-person Jacuzzi, and an oversized heated-pool with the deep end of 7ft (additional cost incur for heating)! The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a Tempurpedic mattress, 55inch flat screen; stand up shower and oversized bathtub. There are two main living areas, both of which have 75/60 inch smart TV’s and cozy living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your culinary accessories and is updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances for a modern design.

Conveniently located 10.3 miles from Phoenix International Raceway, 1 mile from Wigwam resort/country club, 7miles from State Farm Stadium, 5 miles from Westgate entertainment district, 7.9 miles from world wildlife zoo/aquarium, 2 miles from MLB spring training games, and 30 miles from lake pleasant and hiking trails. In addition, the area is saturated with golf courses, restaurants, shopping plazas and fitness facilities to accommodate your stay!

Great house in quiet suburban neighborhood

Staying at Karel's place is easy. Karel was very responsive. PIN code on the front door made arrival a piece of cake. The house is very clean and modern. Two large living areas with big TVs and lots of couch seating. The house only has two bathrooms - when there were eight of there, it would have been nice if there was another bathroom or a half bath. We had Thanksgiving dinner (picked up from the nearby Cracker Barrel the night before) in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Was a little bit of a haul out to the ASU Tempe campus, but we knew that when we booked. Very convenient to the Top Golf and Cardinal's stadium in Glendale. Need to coordinate heating the hot tub prior to arrival - that wasn't clear to me. If we head out for Padres' spring training, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Karel's place.

De-stress and Relax

The property was nice, and the inside was clean, but in need of some repairs. The pool was cold and the filter didn't seem to run on the timer. Spoke to the owner several times. The pool is also in need of some spic and span cleaning of the tiles....very dingy and filmy. (nothing like the picture) The patio furniture cushions are mostly tattered and torn. The grill was too disgustingly dirty to even think about using!! The inside needs some minor repairs. Trim at bottom of walls by shower in both bathrooms need repair and paint. The vertical blinds in master need to be replaced... vanes missing. A complete set of dishes would be a nice touch. Plates cups and bowls all mis-matched. TV in guest bedroom off of front entrance does not work.

Great stay - Easy and comfortable

A great house in a super easy location. Everything was comfortable and easy. We had a few glitches trying to get the pool and spa heated and ended up having to only heat one or the other, however, the kids loved the pool. Everything else was great and just as listed and pictured.

Property was very roomy and centrally located to everything. It however is a bit dated and lacks an important bathroom by kitchen family room. The kitchen is not well equipped with few plates and cups but all kitchen appliances worked well. The pool and spa are beautiful however advertised as heated and didn’t maintain temperature. The back door didn’t lock and was secured with a pole. The furniture was comfortable although some beds were average. Although it met our needs I would not spend that kind of money to rent again.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Check in was a breeze and the house was very comfortable. Heated pool and spa made for lots of time spent in the water. Kids loved the super hero beds! Neighborhood definitely made for a very private and comfortable stay.

This home was beautiful and spacious for myself, my college age son and a few friends who wanted to come for a golfing. The pool and hottub are amazing! We had a lt of space which was nice is we wanted to stay in for meals due to COVID and just enjoyed the space. The TV's are many and so many things to tune into as well! Golf courses very close too; Wigwam, Palm Valley Golf Club. Great Stay!

5-Star Stay

Home was exceptionally clean and fresh. Moment you walk in the door you feel as if you're at home. May have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Neighborhood is quiet, well kept and secluded. Host is quick to respond with any questions. Oh, and the pool - so refreshing and clean. Enough tables and chairs for everyone to relax outside. Already looking forward to my next stay.

Phoenix Arizona is the 5th largest city in the United States, and the largest capital of any state in terms of population. I love this home because it situated in a quiet neighborhood, with virtually little to zero crime rate. The master bedroom is spacious and equipped with a King-sized tempurpedic mattress for your comfort, and a samsung 55 inch curved TV which osicilates 180 degrees for your viewing pleasure. Furthermore, there are two separate living areas for two small families. Both living areas are equipped with 75/65 smart tv's for your access to netflix and cable . Lastly, the backyard patio deck is composed of firestone adobe, which allows for barefoot access of the patio pool deck when temperatures exceed 100 degrees.
