We had two families staying here with a combined five kids aged 10 to 14. Each couple had their own room, and then the cousins had fun bunking together in the room with the bunk beds and couch. Parking in Munds Park can be limited, especially with no street parking available, so having three spaces in the driveway with an easy way to turn around was great. I made the mistake of trying to ask for early check in through the VRBO messages and didn't get a response from the management company (Evolve) until two days later. Definitely contact the provided manager's number (in the check-in instruction email) instead if you need anything.

Looked good online...BUT
We have rented through VRBO many times over the past 10 years, and occasionally one does run into a home that could stay in some upgrading as far as quality, and Although This house looks good from the outside, unfortunately the issue here is lack of quality from the ‘cleaners’ Of the home. There is no excuse for putting DAMP sheets on the bed, WET dish towels folded in the dish towel drawer, a filthy barbecue that couldn’t be used even though it allegedly was only two weeks old, a stove that was so filthy and gross looking, even after the cleaning company came back it still wasn’t satisfactory. The bed covers all smell stale, Dirty windows everywhere, etc, filthy coffee pot & toasters, I have no idea how long it’s been since this home has had a general good cleaning. We tried to except what we had, but left a day early. When the cleaning company came back to do the barbecue they left all the debris on the deck around the barbecue charcoal and garbage etc. I’ve taken several pictures just in case somebody wants to dispute it. Either way it was unacceptable for us we never go back.

Hi Richard, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following:
- When notified of your concerns, the owner immediately had the cleaning crew address the issues.
- We hope that this and other efforts taken by the owner made things right and made up for any inconveniences.
Thanks for your feedback!
This is the second time we’ve stayed here :) Such a great location, clean and spacious home and beautiful memories that were made. We would definitely recommend to others looking for a nice getaway!
The property was nice and the house was perfect to accommodate 2 families with children. It was nice to be in a comfortable home with some privacy unlike a hotel. We'll definitely consider staying again!
We had such a lovely time here! Very clean and cozy home. Excellent location. We definitely plan on returning again in the near future. Thank you!

No Supplies and Not Clean
Not basic supplies (toilet paper, coffee).
Not clean, a pizza box was left from previous stay, towels seem not to be cleaned.

Really enjoyed staying here over the weekend. The place was nice and cozy. Had all the amenities you can possibly need. Very clean!! I highly recommend this home if you are looking to get away from the city. It is very quiet and calm !
Great place to stay the only downside was the place had a charcoal grill and there was a ban on charcoal/wood fires. Owner should invest in a propane grille.
This was the perfect little quarantine break we needed. Perfect space for two families in a great location. The worst thing I can say is that there wasn't a cheese grater... 😁. Fun weekend. Definitely recommend
We had an amazing time in the Munds Park area,! The cabin was spotless and very comfortable. We loved this location and we will definitely stay here again.
Perfect cabin for families. The upstairs loft was perfect for our children with their own couch, tv and bathroom. Just a short 15 minute drive into Flagstaff. Beautifully remodeled with a fully stocked kitchen.
We celebrated my birthday with some friends and we enjoyed this little cabin so much! It was clean and cozy and perfect for a little get-away in the woods! Definitely would recommend staying again!
This is a great rental for two families with younger kiddos to come together for a vacation or holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the home owner was incredibly responsive and helpful! It was a little confusing with a management company, vacation rental company, and cleaning company all being involved. To be honest whoever Belinda is was quite rude and difficult to get into touch with. It would have been better to work solely with the owner the entire time since he was great!
