Come relax in our beautifully decorated third-floor condo at Beach Resort, where you can enjoy stunning Gulf views right from your private balcony!

Beach Resort is a 64-unit complex built in 2006, featuring a spectacular 5,000 sq. ft. bi-level infinity-edge pool surrounded by 9,000 sq. ft. of paver deck space—perfect for lounging and soaking up the Florida sunshine. The property is located directly across the street from Miramar Beach, with 300 feet of private, deeded beach access just a short stroll away.

Your stay includes FREE beach service (March 1–October 31) with daily setup of two chairs and an umbrella—so you can head straight to the sand and start relaxing.

Great location with a short walk to beach. One of the best pools in area. Garage parking to keep the car cooler. Elevators make arriving/leaving a breeze. Included beach service with umbrella/two chairs was awesome. More than enough room for our crew of 2 adults and 2 young teenagers.

Adam is very responsive to messages and allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could go have lunch then complete our check in at the designated time. Flying in and not having a car can be challenging, but by being able to drop off our luggage was a huge help! The view from this unit is great, access to beach and beach service is a plus! The unit itself needs some TLC and Adam was very receptive of our observations. Great host, lovely pool area and beach service are all pluses!

We have been staying at Beach Resort Condos for over 10 years- so we have stayed in a fair share of different ones. We really enjoyed this particular condo and thought it was by far the nicest one we have stayed in. Very clean and well decorated. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances one could need. The access to beach chairs and an umbrella is definitely an added bonus. Communication with the owner is easy and they were very quick to respond and accommodating. We will be back!

Great Get away!

We had the best week! Condo was perfect, beds were comfy and the pool was awesome! The beach service that came with the condo was priceless and definitely an added bonus! The owners were responsive when we had a question during our stay. We would most definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. The pool was a hit between my 11 year old and my 1 year old. The beach service was an amenity that I never really knew we needed, and now we will never go without! Communication was always amazing as well. 10/10 recommend!

Mother Daughter Getaway

My mom and I loved our stay at this property! The location is perfect. Very short walk to private beach and the free chairs and umbrella were a great perk. The condo was well equipped with all that we needed. I enjoyed the peaceful pool/beach view from the balcony for my morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again.
