Upon entry you are greeted with a stunning open plan living/dining/kitchen area opening to the balcony with awesome views to Sydney. The kitchen is new and contains everything expected in a luxury property. Also on this level you will find the main bedroom, complete with queen bed, dressing room and a large ensuite. Up a few steps to another queen size bedroom with built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Downstairs are the other 3 bedrooms which all have queen size beds. On this level is also a main bathroom with a bath and shower.There is also a lounge room on this level and another television. Laundry complete with washing machine and dryer.

There is outside furniture on both balconies, the top one also having an awning. Please keep closed when windy and not at home.
Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
