Wonderful location. Great walk into the heart of Manly. Fresh fruit for breakfast was outstanding. Transport in and around was excellent. Our hosts were delightful with support, assistance and helpful local knowledge & recommendations.
Kay and Michael went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Very clean, tidy and comfortable, plus the breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully and always at a time that suited us. The location was perfect for our needs and we would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The hosts were welcoming and made you feel at ease from the time I arrived. The place was spotless, nothing to fault,every aspect had been taken care of. Supplies of cofee,tea, milk etc. were full and they continually asked whether there was anything i needed. They also provided me with trips into Balgowlah Village and Manly. Oh & the breakfast was supberb - expecially the freshly squeezed orange juice and the fruit salad.These hosts are exceptional!!! PS the place is so quiet and beautiful garden if you need to relax.

From arrival to departure Mike and Kaye were absolutely delightful. Welcoming and available for any requests. Mike even drove me to my event so I didn't need to get an Uber. We had a lovely stay within Michael and Kaye in a leafy green environment. So relaxing and enjoyabl.
The property was so well located and very spacious for the two of us surrounded by lovely gardens and trees. The rooms including the bathroom were spotless and modern plus everything was provided including a delicious breakfast to start the day with.

Highly recommended place to stay
Kaye and Michael are terrific hosts. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Importantly they gave us our space. The accommodation provided was first class. While it was part of their beautiful home it had a private access, its own bathroom, and a very comfortable queen size bed. The room was very well appointed, modern, very clean with plenty of windows to listen to the birdlife. A tasty continental breakfast, comprising a range of cereals and a large serving of fresh fruit, was also provided.
From an external perspective Manly is a leisurely 30 minute walk away via a picturesque path. The local shopping centre, with some great restaurants and a supermarket, is only 15 mins away by foot.
In summary we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Kaye and Michaels. We have no hesitation in recommending this home away from home. You will not be disappointed.
