This contemporary holiday property is the perfect property for a golf trip away, located metres away from one of the best golf courses in the area.

Don't forget also if the kids are coming it is also close to the Silverleaves Beach and walking distance to the Cowes Shops and restaurants.

The 3 bedroom house is set up to be a great entertainer. The open plan dining and lounge area works well with the great kitchen which is equipped for all your cooking and entertaining needs.

Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen bed in one room and a Tri Bunk and Single bed in the other bedroom.
Also downstairs is the main bathroom, powder room and laundry. Upstairs is the parents retreat with a queen bed, ensuite and living area leading out to the deck area.

Weekend Getaway for couples or Family Holidays. The girls can pamper themselves with a massage or facial while the guys can have a game of golf. Or spend the day at the beach.

Easter at Cowes

Property was spacious, very well positioned for golfers and only 1.5 klms from main street. The house had every thing that you would require to cook with, cook on, most of which were modern and alll worked well. Cleaning stuff in cupboards with mops, brooms etc.Thoroughly enjoyed the property and will recommend it to friends looking for a geat away with others.

Great space, beautiful furnishings!!

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and for a family of 6 there was more than enough room. We loved all the modern furnishings, kitchen etc. but a clothes dryer would have come in handy on the wet days. A suggetion to the agent was that the premises be left neat and tidy and the cleaning expense be factored into the cost as I'd imagine most people would not like to have to do a thorough clean after just being on hollidays.

Great position, awsum property

Easy walk to beach & town good size secure yard (shame no pets though, our small dog would have enjoyed if she were allowed) ample parking, everything we needed was there just like home.
