Situated on a large north facing block only 400 meters from the beach, Cloud Hill features five generously sized bedrooms and an open plan living/dining area. A full-length deck offers spectacular views across Western Port Bay.
Upstairs has three bedrooms, lounge/dining/kitchen, deck and bathroom with separate WC. A further two bedrooms are located downstairs, along with laundry and second bathroom. All rooms are sunny, well-maintained and beautifully furnished.

The double garage has been set up as a games room, with table tennis table, games table, stereo and lounge suite. A huge driveway provides plenty of room to park cars or a boat.
Explore the property’s well maintained and picturesque native garden. Children and adults alike will enjoy feeding the birds – more than 25 different species have been observed on the property.
Cloud Hill is located within easy walking distance of family-friendly beaches. Cowes, the Penguin Parade and the Nobbies are also only a short drive away. Internet is provided at this property.

PLEASE NOTE: To avoid disappointment, please note the this house was built in the eighties and the decor is from that era. It does not have a dishwasher. If you are looking for a more modern holiday house, please look at some of our other listings. Thank you

Fantastic family holiday home

We had a wonderful long weekend at Ocean View. The house had everything we needed to entertain a big group. We loved the ping pong and pool tables, the games, and the beautiful view from the balcony and lounge room. It was a short walk down to the lookout and the beach, we got to see some cute wallabies as well. Thanks for a great weekend, we'll be back!
