Woodys of Woolamai is located in peaceful Cape Woolamai on Phillip Island. Close to all amenities including surf and safety beaches, cafes, restaurants, wineries, shopping and much more.

We offer the best of both worlds walk out the front Turn left and 5-10 minutes walk is Coramandles surf beach or turn right and 5-10 minutes walk and you will reach the safe swimming back beach of Woolamai.

Our architecturally designed house is the perfectly set up with quality fittings in all areas of the house. Big enough to accommodate 2 big families in 4 bedrooms and 2 studies

Linen is only included on the King bed BYO Linen for all other beds.

The open plan living room leads to an outdoor deck perfect for summertime entertaining. There are 3 Flat screen TVs and as an added bonus there is an old style arcade machine with 1900 games including all your old favourites like Galaga, Pacman, space invaders and track and field just to name a few. This will entertain both big and small kids all holiday long.

The man cave (or garage) has darts, pool table and table tennis table to entertain as well as plenty of room to store your Bikes



Listen to waves crash from the outdoor deck which is a private oasis consisting of a family style BBQ, 8 seat outdoor setting, and an outdoor covered fire pit, perfect for relaxing or entertaining



Our Holiday Retreat has all the comforts of home and more with - fully equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, dishwasher and large fridge. For those who feel they need to we also have a washing machine and hills hoist for those longer stays.



other pluses include a wood fire heater (perfect for those cold winter nights) and reverse cycle air conditioner

Fabulous place to stay

Great property for our group with loads of separate spaces. The kitchen was really well equipped and having firewood supplied was fantastic. Owner was great to deal with.

Our kids enjoyed all the activities.Kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates, cups, cutlery etc.We didn’t quite understand the cleaning requirements at the end so spent hours making sure it was left very clean to avoid a fee.

Amazing place to stay!!

We had an amazing trip down to cape woolamai. We stayed here for easter holidays and it was a perfect home with so many activities to do, very close to the beach, fire pit outside and a beautiful fire place inside. The place is great for big families and friends. The only minor issue i could pick out was the toilet doors didn’t have locks and thats it. Very kind owners that respond very quick. All up i would 100% recommend this place for big families or groups.

Lovely family holiday. House clean and well appointed. Short walk to beautiful surf beach.

House was clean and tidy. Had all new clean bedding, sheets, very comfortable. Owner left a kids a little Christmas gift which was a lovely thought. Cupboards stocked with essentials which was great. Owners helpful and responsive. Great location, short walk to back beach which is stunning and not far from foreshore. Great family holiday, we would definitely recommend.

Wonderfully well equipped

Woody's is a fantastic place to stay. It is extremely well equipped, with a complete kitchen plus barbeque, and on the leisure side of things, pool table, table tennis, arcade games and an enormous selection of DVDs. The two little lounge rooms offer an opportunity to break off, which is useful for a group of friends or multiple families. Despite the heat, the fans and excellent air conditioner kept the living area comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return to Woody's for future holidays.

Fantastic house!

We stayed at David and Narelle’s house for a much overdue old friend reunion. Plenty of room for the 7 adults and 5 kids. Great BBQ and outside space for grilling and for the kids to run around. Loads of movies, games and arcade table to amuse the kids. Very well equipped kitchen with everything need to make large group meals. Plenty of space for everyone to reply feel relaxed- and a great fireplace to warm us on the blustery rainy night. All the family’s staying have taken the listing number for the house and we are already planning our next visit- oh, and David and Naralle were super to communicate with, have us all the info we needed for a perfect stay.

Spacious and comfy

We had plenty of room for the 7 adults and 5 kids. Beds were clean and comfy, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Close to the beach for a quick stroll, and shops are 2min drive away. Host was also flexible with check-in/out given the property was vacant before/after our booking. Thanks again for having us!

My family and I enjoyed a very relaxing holiday at Woodys. We had plenty of everything. On arrival the place was tidy. Our kids enjoyed using the table tennis and pool table. The undercover outdoor area was a great place for our dog to hang out. It was a quiet neighbourhood and within easy access to the beach.

An amazing all rounded experience. The property had everything we needed, plus more. There were times where the kids didn't want to leave the house to go out, as they were having so much fun with the games provided. When the kids are happy, so are the adults:)

Packed full of space and fun

A huge house with loads of rooms - perfect for groups. My children LOVED the games machine, table tennis and pool table and darts. This is a great house for a wet and windy visit to Phillip Island as it is warm and provides lots of other things to keep the kids entertained.

Such a wonderful house!!

I really want to write pages of how wonderful not only this house, but it’s owners are. They have been absolutely incredible and a pleasure to deal with. The only complaint that I could possibly have is that there was too much of everything...too many kitchen utensils, too many DVDs, too much toilet paper, too many blankets, too many games and things to do...and above and beyond with everything that you can possibly want and need in a house. I look forward to going back and I highly recommend this house and it’s owners...it and they are wonderful!!!

The perfect combination of secluded oasis and family friendly freedom. It was an absolute delight.

Very nice house, quiet street, short drive to all the attractions. Host was very friendly and helpful and look forward to returning as house was very spacious with nice fire place and split system but preferred the fire feeling. All school arcade game, pool table etc was great for the whole family.

Great for extended familys.

Really enjoyed our stay at Woodys. Lots of room for six kids and six adults. Very secure yard for the little ones and lots of things for them to play with. Very well equipped with everything you need for a self-catered holiday. Maybe a little tidying up of all the bits and pieces inside but this is in no way took away from the experience. Great beds, very comfy.

Perfect for us

A perfect place for our whole extended family to spend time together. Toasting marshmallows over the outside fire was a big hit with the grand children.
