You will have the entire 150sqm double story townhouse. This sunny filling house has fully equipped kitchen, spacious open plan living and great entertaining area. All the bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. We have a queen sized bed in the main room, another queen bed in the second room, 2 singles in the third room, 1 single in the fourth room. There is a second toilet downstairs. Guaranteed one complimentary car parking is available onsite. Guest Access Please contact the property prior to arrival to acquire the room access key/code. Nearby recreational facilities include Queens Park, Swimming pool and bike paths. The 59 tram is 5 minutes walking and takes 20-25 minutes to Flinders station and CBD. Getting Around From the Airport The Apartment is only a 15 minute drive to Melbourne Tullamarine International Airport. Public Transport Getting here via Melbourne’s public transport system is fast and easy. There are bus, tram and train options. Bus There is a bus stop adjacent to the property. The bus line is 508 Moonee Ponds-Alphington. Tram There is a tram stop at the end of Wilson Street (5 minutes walk from MVV). The tram line is 59 (City to Airport West) and takes about 20 minutes to the city. The tram stop is stop 35 - Queens Park / Pascoe Vale Road. Train Moonee Ponds train station is a fifteen minute walk from our door (Moonee Ponds train station is on the Craigeburn line). Enjoyable stay, we added an extra night & they were very accommodating. Only negative was that we didn’t realise that the property had no outdoor area for our dog.

Very clean but not really pet friendly
The property was clean but furniture in lounge was not comfortable. The property states it is pet friendly but I would not stay again as it is not. Only a very small courtyard, and we were told to keep our dogs in crates. No close nearby grassed area for pets. Not close to shops, need car to get anywhere and parking was not accessible. Overall our stay was not happy or comfortable.

Was not a genuine review. It's a Large townhouse with a secured private courtyard. 5 minutes walk to tram stops and shops. 10 minutes walk to major shopping centre.
