Aaron very helpful. Nice pubs nearby & light rail. Nice walk to Bay St & beach. Towels smelt stale. Outdoor area overgrown, balcony & front entrance dirty. Broken window, stains on couches & dining chairs. Broken cutlery, plates chipped, no cheese platter.

The property was not clean. The towels smelt quite foul, the linen and pillows also had a foul smell. Backyard was also quite dirty - infact I had to clean it first thing to make it somewhat liveable. There was chips stuffed in the toaster and general condition of pantry was not great. There were spider webs all over the entry, garage and bins were quite dirty. There were stains on the couch. The host really needs to pick up their game on cleanliness as it has the potential to make someone’s holiday experience poor.The good thing about the property was location and the number of beds which accommodated our large group comfortably.
