Our Phillip Island Holiday House

Large family home has it all!
We have WiFi for all guests to access- no more expensive internet bills on your holidays!
BYO fitted/flat sheets and pillow slips unless otherwise arranged - $25 per bed includes bed linen and bath towels - payable to owner directly.

Centrally positioned, quiet court location with easy 200m stroll to safe beach and 500m walk to 'the main drag' in town. Coles supermarket located on Church Street about 5-10 minutes walk from the house.

Our house has 5 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms, open plan dining & well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Outside is a sensational large, covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and sun lounges.

It is fully fenced for peace of mind for your children or pet.

Large spa/plunge pool - gas heated for your enjoyment (30 degrees) during the summer months - November to March (can be heated at other times of the year at the cost of the gas- varies with length of stay and directly payable to owner)
Perfect temperature for cooling off in the summer
Two separate living areas - one with wood heater for those winter days, together with TV, DVD player
Second lounge room has split system heating/cooling, TV, DVD player

Two bathrooms - newly renovated main bathroom with bath and shower, ensuite bathroom: shower and handrail

Two toilets

Billiard/Games room with pool table, table tennis table, dart board and exercise equipment off outdoor area.

Plenty of board games and books.

This house can accommodate 2 families, or any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 12 people plus cot.
Couches galore and large dining table with seating for 10.

Pet friendly upon discussion with owner (outside only), water and feed bowls supplied. Large yard area fully fenced, grassed area within gates. All pet droppings to be removed!

Tea towels, doona covers, doonas, pillows and plenty of extra doonas and blankets supplied.

Great house and location

The house was extremely comfortable and well-equipped for our group of 2 grandparents, 4 other adults and 3 grandchildren. As well, the games room and the spa were a massive hit. It is within walking distance of the shopping centre and located in a quiet court. Our host went out of her way to communicate clearly and in a timely fashion. We had a wonderful weekend.

Surprise gem with 90s nostalgia feels

We had a very enjoyable and smooth stay at their Phillip island holiday house. Plenty of space, walking distance to shops and beach a mega plus for me, love not having to get in the car all the time. The 90s nostalgia is complimentary (ah miss those days..) and the photos really do not give the place justice! Spa, outdoor shower, games room, comfy beds, 2 spacious lounge rooms, pet friendly.. what more do you need?

Perfect House & Location

This is a large house and spacoius block with lots of room for a couple of familys or group of friends. Everything you will ever need provided. Short walk to Cowes, cafes, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Beach wasn't far away either. The bed configuration was good and they were nice and comfy. The swim spa was just perfect to relax in and easy to use. Although close to Cowes the neighbourhood was very quier for a peaceful night sleep. Our host provided great communication.

Large house, close to town and beach

Location was perfect and house was a great size for 3 families. Unfortunately the house wasn’t cleaned very well (a lot of cob webs, dusty, all the bins were full and fridge still containing used food from previous renters) as well as overgrown gardens, a bad smell in the outdoor area and pool gate that did not lock closed that we had to fix as we had young children with us. We repaired what was needed and with a little maintenance, this house would be 5 stars.

It’s a shame that you didn’t call me as requested in your information email to let me know of spa gate problem but thanks anyway for highlighting the problem. Not sure about the smell in outdoor area as it’s certainly not there. Also not sure what you mean about overgrown gardens as they aren’t overgrown or unkempt they are just the way I like them apart from a tree that died recently in the back yard that I need removed. In relation to rubbish- if you had called me I could have organised a pick up for you, Cowes council don’t pick up rubbish weekly ( fortnightly only) anymore so not a problem that I can fix unless I know about it. The fridge should have been cleaned out by my cleaner so apologies for that. We had just had kitchen renovated before your stay and the house was a bit dusty but should have been cleaned before your stay - I’ll have to speak to my cleaner. Thanks for feedback but perhaps when you rent somewhere again you could give the owners a chance to assist your concerns before placing such negative feedback on the website.

Great home and great location

We had a group of riders down for the world super bike races. The home was fantastic and we were able to park all our bikes in the garage. The best thing was the hot spa - so relaxing after a day at the races.

Great family house

This was the perfect house for our group of 9 people ranging in age from 1 to 74. There was plenty of room, beds etc with the kitchen at the centre. We mainly ate outside under the covered patio area. Great for a big family group. The staples in the kitchen were appreciated and also the bath products. The proximity of the supermarkets made food purchase easy. Everyone loved the huge spa and the children enjoyed playing table tennis. I would recommend this rental for a family both for the accomodation and location.

Phillip Island for a few days

We had a great stay at Hotham, what a gem of a holiday house. So much space, well equipped and very comfortable. We didn't even get a chance to explore the games room and spa! The large frame TV got a good workout as did the lounge rooms. Highly recommended and thanks for allowing us to stay for a few days.
