Relax and enjoy the view from the waterfront apartment.
This luxury beachfront apartment offers a relaxing getaway at any time of the year.
The apartment is ideal for families or a quiet romantic retreat for two.
For families there is a separate room for the children (with a second HD TV to keep them occupied).
All linen and towels are provided.
The kitchenette has full cooking facilities and dining seating, however if you'd prefer it's only a short stroll to amazing restaurants and cafes.
With Cowes beach, one of the safest, cleanest beaches in Victoria, directly opposite, who could ask for a better location.

Brilliant location

The view from this apartment is amazing. So much to see and do with kids in Cowes. The location of this apartment means you can walk out the door and be at the beach, park, pub, restaurants; wherever you like! Loved it.

Apartment well presented in a great location overlooking children's playground on Cowes foreshore. Clean, tidy with all amenities. Children's bunk bed a bit squeaky, but a little WD40 spray should fix! George was very easy to deal with throughout the booking process and checked in during our stay to ensure all was good. It was this service which made us feel very comfortable in our choice. Thank you.

Great Beachfront apartment

We recently stayed for 2 nights at Waterfront@Waves apartment and really enjoyed both Phillip Island and the convenience of this apartment. Located right opposite the beach and park and a very short stroll to the main street of Cowes where there was plenty of restaurants and cafe's. The apartment had everything you would need if you wanted to make you own food also (not that we need). Secure undercover parking was great with a lift straight to level 2. The owner George was very helpful through the booking and checking in process. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Nice place for a quiet weekend away.

I stayed at Waves with my wife and 2 kids. The overall presentation of the property was good. It was a little bit smaller than I had expected however still had an enjoyable time. Would be pleased to stay in the property again.
