Just minutes from the pristine waters of Narrawallee Beach & Inlet, & the tranquillity of the nature reserve, this contemporary, spacious home has a lot to offer the discerning holiday maker.

Only a short drive to historic Milton, where you can enjoy its excellent restaurants cafes, galleries, boutiques & explore the interesting home wares & vintage/antique stores. You can also enjoy historic walks or buy a ticket for a concert at the Milton Theatre, a popular venue for local & international musicians.

The picturesque Ulladulla harbour is only a 10 minute drive away. Ulladulla, is famous for its great range of seafood, & offers cinemas, a ‘Funland’, Ten Pin Bowling, great shopping & a choice of fine dining. Nearby is Cupitt’s Winery & Rick Stein’s Restaurant, both with fabulous views.

Excellent surfing can be found in Narrawallee, Mollymook & a little south of Ulladulla. Wonderful fishing spots are located throughout the area, such as Narrawallee beach & inlet. Narrawallee Inlet is very popular for paddlle boarding.There are also many opportunities to enjoy a bush walk throughout the area.

Mollymook, offers two golf courses. One is a 9-hole course with stunning sea vistas & a restaurant in the clubhouse, & the other, is an 18-hole championship course, on the hill over looking Mollymook.

Throughout the year there are a selection of Art, Music, Wine & Food Festivals. The Milton Market is held on the first Saturday of every month & the Mollymook Market every 5th Sunday.

Leo's provides an inviting, open plan living space, which opens onto a N.E facing, wrap around verandah, & is the perfect setting to relax, dine or enjoy a BBQ, after days spent at the beach, bush walking, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding or enjoying the many sights & year round activities that the district has to offer.

The house offers ducted air conditioning for heating & cooling, increasing the comfort for guests all year round.

The house is very well presented, with quality furnishings & features. It has 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite & walk in wardrobe, the other bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes & the rumpus room has a double sofa bed. All bedrooms have block out blinds.

There are two bathrooms, one with a spa, as well as an outdoor hot & cold shower, separate laundry and a large double garage.

The house is all on one level, with only a few stairs to the yard. The outside has a garden, fully fenced yard & clothes line.

Great location

This was a lovely property, very well set out being perfect for our family as it had ample spaces for everyone to hang out . The board games were really fun and a great way for everyone to get together after long beach days. The neighbourhood was very peaceful with good privacy and the beach and inlet were walking distance , the inlet was great to explore at night with torches, so fun for kids . Carol was great with check in information and very welcoming. Would not hesitate to stay again !

Lovely place to unwind

I stayed with my family (2 grandparents, 2 kids under 4 and my wife and I) in January and the house is a great place to unwind. It is clean, comfortable and the the facilities are fantastic. Close to Narrawallee beach, Milton and Ulladulla we loved our stay and can't wait to come back again soon.

Beach house with spaces for everyone

Spent long weekend with grandparents and kids. This large property has lots of separate spaces to hangout, from the wrap around balcony to the second tv room. A perfect for the multiple generations to each find a spot to relax.

Beautiful and peaceful property

Our family loved staying here in this beautiful property. It was super clean and so thoughtfully laid out, including the outdoor shower which was perfect after a day at the beach ! The children loved feeding the birds on the outdoor deck. Our host Carole was very organised and considerate. An amazing place to stay so close to many beautiful beaches.

Highly recommended base for relaxation and exploring the amazing South Coast region!

Extremely happy that we chose Leo's Beach House for our recent stay - spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated, gorgeous gardens and a lovely neighbourhood. Our boys often retreated to the dartboard in the garage when they weren't fishing or swimming in the numerous spots a short drive away. We also enjoyed many day trips, the White Sands Walk in Jervis Bay was a highlight. This house and its location suited our needs perfectly and Carol was wonderful to deal with.

Fabulous beachhouse

We absolutely loved our time at Leo Beach house. The property was immaculately presented, exceptionally clean with everything you need and more. The location was close to everything and in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. Our lovely host, Carol was fantastic to deal with and we cannot recommend her highly enough. lovely house close to scenic spots and shops

This is a very comfortable large house with nicely landscaped gardens. I really enjoyed watching the King Parrots and Lorikeets feeding on the verandah. It's a few minutes away (by car) from beautiful Narrawallee Inlet and Beach, and the Tallwood shops are also close by. We stayed to look at a property which, unfortunately, sold the day before the ope inspection. But it was a nice weekend away anyway.

The house was excellent, very well equipped for a holiday get away it had everything we needed! Carol was most professional in her dealings. You are a 7 min walk or a 1 min drive to Narrawallee beach which is just gorgeous and in my mind much more a peaceful and quiet beach for little kids and families to enjoy than say Mollymook. We will definitely stay at Leo's again in the future, would recommend for sure! Thanks Carol!

Well maintained, tidy and comfortable house in a quiet location. Loads of room for our family of 5 with safe space out the back for the kids to explore. A 10min flat walk to the inlet/beach which has a fantastic little coffee shop right next door and playground for little people. 5 min drive to Milton and surrounding countryside. House & kitchen was well supplied with essentials and the provision of linen was much appreciated, as was the access to garage space. Carol was efficient and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend this house.

Wonderful house

This an excellent house to stay in - and the second time we’ve stayed! Narrawallee is a gorgeous beach and while this isn’t walking distance (at least not with small children), the house makes up for it in so many ways. Firstly the layout is excellent - having a second living area for games/toys is super handy, the bedrooms separated from the living spaces with doors (also handy when you have kids who nap during the day/go to bed early), the wrap around deck and all the plants give such a nice feel to the place, and delivers on the ideal indoor/outdoor living. It’s also great to get access to the whole double garage. We come down with a surfboard and a roof box which can then easily be stored in the garage and don’t get in your way. We also love the outdoor shower for getting all that sand off when you come back from the beach. Five stars!!

A beautifully appointed home away from home!

Our family of four (all over 20 years) had a wonderful 5 night stay at Leo's. The house was very spacious for the four of us (we were due to stay there with family from Victoria but the closed borders meant they could not join us). We believe it would have been spacious enough for even 6 adults, but if taking a 7th/8th person they might have to be children, as the extra bedding is a sofa bed (which we did not need/use). The house had everything we needed, plus more. The kitchen was well stocked, not only with crockery and pots & pans, but also with those essential condiments such as oil, salt/pepper, flour etc and a generous selection of teas and even coffee and plungers. The first aid kit was also much appreciated, after my altercation with an oyster shell on the first day! There were plenty of spaces to gather as a family (to watch a movie or play board games), or to be on your own if you needed a quiet place to read. We appreciated the two outdoor areas: if the Sun crept too far in one area, you could move to the other side of the house where it was cooler. The side garden in particular was like an oasis and the visiting birds are an added bonus for nature lovers. The many windows and doors meant that we had a cool breeze at most times of the day and barely needed to use a fan the whole week. The house was close enough to the beach to walk down to for a swim or run/walk; however, you would need to drive if using equipment such as surfboards/kayaks etc. We had a relaxing stay at Leo's and would highly recommend this beautifully appointed home to others. We hope to return for another visit!

Fantastic holiday home

We had a lovely time at this holiday house. Great layout with the open plan kitchen/diner. The second lounge area was perfect as a kids play area so their toys didn’t end up everywhere. Outdoor shower was great when coming home from the beach. Only thing to note, with small children it’s not really walking distance to the beach but a very short drive. High chair and portacot provided was a great plus for us!

The house is beautifully looked after and laid out with living spaces and master bedroom overlooking beautiful small gardens. Everything that you will need to have a great hassle free holiday is provided and very well organised so it is easy to find. Carol is a very thoughtful and attentive host who maintains good communication to ensure that you have everything you need without being intrusive. Rooms are generous in size and the verandahs are lovely to sit out on. And everyone loved the spa! Thanks for a restful lovely holiday!
