Luxury Grove - you’ll be in the lap of luxury at this exceptional cliff-top, split-level, holiday home with stunning views of the Barwon River estuary and surrounds and located very close to the main ocean beach. Luxury Grove will provide you with the consummate holiday experience with its proximity and ease of access to the beach, shops, restaurants and the Barwon River estuary for boating, fishing and surfing. Its spacious and modern design is sure to please. This could be the best holiday location in Ocean Grove.



It’s a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures.



Luxury Grove is a very comfortable holiday home and has 3 bedrooms, main with a queen bed, 2nd with a queen bed and 3rd. with 2 sets of double bunks and accommodates 8 people. There’s also a couch-bed. The spacious lounge-dining area includes a flat-screen TV, comfortable couches and split-system air conditioning for year round comfort. An ultra modern kitchen is available if you like to cook dinner and includes and island bench with breakfast chairs, microwave oven, dishwasher, gas stove and cook-top plus plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.



Outdoors there’s the deck with fabulous views plus tables and chairs for 8 people and a BBQ. The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer.

Garage is not accessible however you can park in the driveway and street for free.

Ocean Grove is close to the surf beach, has a village with shops and restaurants and hotel. It's an ideal holiday destination.

Weekenders

Fabulous location for a short stay at Ocean Grove. Close to beach and shops. Unfortunately the property did not have air conditioning in the two bedrooms on the ground floor and it does get hot. The main bedroom upstairs does have air conditioning, however the TV does not work. Not a real problem but, as the property does not offer WiFi connection, it was an inconvenience.

Good but not great

Inside of the property is clean and tidy, the outside is unkept and a bit of a mess. Our stay was booked quickly last minute and we didn't realise there was no Wifi (not listed in the add), at over 400 per night this is something the owner should consider including. The three TV's in the property were not working during our stay. Location of the property is very good being a short walk to the beach and the shops.

Beautiful large modern house

Looking for a property big enough for two families close to the surf beach. Look no further. This house is beautiful. Huge upstairs area. Multiple decks with different outlooks for dinner, cups of tea, bbq’s and beers. There is even a spiral staircase to a rooftop deck. Stunning views and a great spot to stargaze or watch the sunset. Large master bedroom with bathroom and huge robe upstairs. Decent size double bedroom and third bedroom with two double bunks downstairs. Second lounge room downstairs would benefit if couch was a fold out bed for older kids. Double garage with room for another car out front. Two bathrooms with Fabulous location within very easy stroll to beach or in to town. As advertised, TV reception here is a bit flakey and no wifi is unfortunate. Gas fireplace is also a nice touch. Aircon upstairs was not working on our trip but owners promise to rectify and I’m sure they will. Aircon downstairs also kept the place cool regardless. Enjoyed our stay here and even though price is not the cheapest in OG, it is good value given great location and it’s modern large size.

Great location

A lovely home in a wonderful location. Close to everything and we were very comfortable there. Please note there is no WiFi and the tv reception (only option was free-to-air) was spotty. Something to consider when booking a house with teenagers. Otherwise would definitely recommend.
