Beautiful location, excellent facilities available in the park. Very family friendly. The batch had a wonderful selection of games for the children and the entertainment area and living spaces were great.Everything was clean too.We never discovered the pool though.

-Thanks Jonathan, we hope you will and glad to hear you loved your stay!
We had perfect weather while staying at this cute little 50's kiwi bach. The view is outstanding and the stay was comfortable. We had a couple of wee issues and Debbie responded promptly. We would love to stay again.
I can not speak highly enough of this property. It was the 4th of 6 places we were staying in NZ and definitely the highlight. A cosy, well stocked cabin with everything you need. The kids enjoyed the park facilities and the view is sublime. You really feel like you have left the real world behind. The cabin is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Highly recommend a stay here for a couple or a small family and we will definitely be back.
We loved staying in this Bach. The views over the coast are spectacular and the place itself has a retro charm. I wished we’d booked for longer! It’s located in a campground that has a gate that needs a swipe card for entry. My kids loved exploring the grounds and jumping on the trampolines. Communication with Debbie was clear and prompt. We’d definitely stay again!
This is a much loved and used family bach handed down through generations, we have improved it over the years to retain its unique retro style.
The interior is cosy and colourful, light and fresh and a true beach style bach that will enamour any beach lover!
What makes this property unique
The location of this beach house for swimming, paddleboarding or any other water sports is a 1 minute walk. For those who want to go boating the boat ramp is less than a kilometre. The beauty of this location is the different view you have from the tides. A secret cove known by locals is found by a short walk around rocks, this deep natural swimming pool is one of the special spots of this area. Paddle boarders along the many bays will often see wildlife in the water, these safe beaches and coastline are unique and picturesque.
The many restaurants, cafes and gelato shops, bars, Surf club, in the town of Orewa nearby are a fabulous location for an outing - the resort feel of the town is a great place to visit when after lounging in a cafe over a coffee or any one of the great restaurants opposite the beautiful long stretch of beach.
