Newly renovated 2 bedrooms villa with a lovely private courtyard. Courtyard also has outdoor shower for your convenience in summer days.
Walking distance to beach (3min), trendy restaurants and Coles supermarket(3min).
Close to all but at the same time very quiet street with a native trees and birds.
Also 18 minutes drive to St. Andrew’s back beach and 15 minutes drive Peninsula Hot Springs .
If you enjoy bike ride or golf look no further.
We love this location and we hope you will love it too.

Great villa!

We all had a great time away and this cute villa made it so easy to be away from home. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Lana was a lovely host and done everything she could to accommodate us. We would definitely stay here again!

Lana’s place is fantastic. Clean, neat and all the appliances you need. I stayed with my husband, our 1 year old and my parents and it worked well and my parents commented after the stay how it good the place was.

Cozy, super clean and very welcoming

As a family of four, staying for a week the unit was immediately inviting with modern finishes, decor and very clean. The view from the kitchen and living of the outside deck and surrounding trees added to the holiday vibe, as did the outside shower. The beds were very comfortable and the location quiet, yet only a short stroll to the beach, shopping plaza and cafes/restaurants. It is small unit, and would improve if WiFi and a dishwasher were available. Also some woolen and cotton blankets for guests as the doonas were too warm.

Great unit in quiet central location. Close easy walking distance to beach and Cafes. Communication with the owner was really efficient she couldn’t have done enough for us and the unit was spotless. Would recommend.
