Cozy Chic Urban Enclave for your NYC/NJ group stay

Our home is a comfortable space for long and short term stays for families and friends, work from home. We always keep it cleaned and sanitized. This is a private NJ apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Located 40 mins outside New York City. Enjoy sun filled mornings in family room and our gorgeous pink sunsets. You will have private use of entire 2 bedroom apt, all appliances, and large backyard with a fire pit. There are also several wonderful diverse dining options nearby and the American Dream Mall.

Great New Jersey apartment

We spent a great week in this apartment. We were reliant on public transport and it was easy to get into NYC at any time of the day & return late in the evening. The apartment was well-equipped for our needs and more than spacious enough for 4 adults. We'd stay here again should we return to New York.

Great place to stay!

Had a great trip to NY/NJ! The place was perfect! Clean, quiet, comfy and more than adequate in its amenities for me. Very close to a variety of places such as groceries, restaurants, transportation, sites and relatively close to NYC. The host was communicative and helpful. Fairly easy to commute to the city using public transport (of course it’s public transport so keep in mind bus scheduling and how much you will be willing to walk). I would recommend this place to a small family or group looking for a quiet restful place away from the big city for night.

Just Perfect

The house is in a quiet area in North Bergen. It is full equipped and very nice. The mail with entrycode was too late from the agency, we were already in the plane and we didn´t had Internet in USA. But it was easy to communicate with our host to get it. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes away. You can go directly to New York Port Authority bus terminal (about 30 ... 40 minutes drive). At Port Authority it is also possible to buy a 10 drives card with some discount. Near the house is no supermarket, only small shops. A Wallmart is close but you need a car or use Uber/Taxi. The location is perfect for a nice trip to New York. Thanks to our hosts for this very pleasant stay!

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was really clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and we didn’t have any issues at all during our stay. There were plenty of extra towels and blankets, although we didn’t need them. They also have a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay in this place again in the future.
