Our VRBO units are in a residential neighborhood and immaculately maintained. They are in the ground floor/daylight basement level of a 4-plex. There are two long-term tenants who occupy the upper level units. This is a quiet community and not a party or event venue. No pets are allowed. Laundry facility is immediately adjacent to the apartment and shared by the two furnished units (lightly used), fee is 50cents, and no laundry can be started after 8:30pm. Parking is off-street and assigned. Yard is fenced and gated, with motion lights and spots keeping all walkways and stoop well-lighted. Secure entry exterior door must remain closed/locked. Upon checkout, please place any used linens/towels in the basket provided or in the bathtub. We have touch pad entry locks to the apartments and your code will be provided as soon as the previous guest is out but no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival. Check in is usually after 2pm and check out is no later than 12:30 unless you make special arrangements. We can add garage access (single) for a small fee.
