Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the condo. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

HOT TUB: This property is equipped with a private outdoor Hot Tub which requires manual setup on the day of arrival. There is a $105 setup & Sanitization fee required. A $35 additional fee is required for each change of water and sanitization during the stay. Guests must prepay and make arrangements to use the Hot Tub prior to arrival. COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. There's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

This house was lovely, very spacious and comfortable for a large group. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Location was amazing…you are a 15 minute drive to Disney. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a large comfortable home near Disney.

Overall really good would stay again, just note that their are some small areas of improvement that would take this place over the top . If your easy going this is a great place to stay . Very clean , great location , nice house , communication when a question is asked would be great, just a couple of items need attention , would stay again
We loved this property. It was conveniently located, approximately 10 minutes from all parks. There was a walmart right next to it which was very useful especially for gas and last minute groceries/snacks for the kids. The community is practically brand new, plenty of parking and very easy to access. My only complaint is that I wish the space was a bit cleaner. the chandelier in the dining room had a thick coat of dust and the cloth headboards did too. The Bathroom wall look like it had a coffee spill but was never cleaned up. Other than that, we loved this house.
If you are looking for a place to sleep this place will work but if you plan on hanging around its way to small. There was 1 dishwasher pod and 2 garbage bags left for us and we stayed 5 days. To say supplies are minimal is an understatement. To the renters, you are far better off to leave the rental well stocked with Dollar Store items so guests don't have to waste time buying things. We had to get dishwasher pods, tide pods, fabric sheets, toilet paper, kleenex, garbage bags,paper plates. There were 12 plus a 2 year old and there was not enough plates for us all to eat a the same time. Same with cups glasses and utensils. Don't plan on cooking because again very limited. Limited seating for watching a movie and not overly clean.

We have stayed here twice before and it was wonderful! This time was awful! We arrived to no air conditioning. The gentleman they sent spoke no English but I was able to communicate with him a bit and found out he was a handyman, not an HVAC person. He came back to get his ladder and my husband (HVAC business owner) went up into the attic and diagnosed the problem. We sent in the diagnosis. An HVAC company came out sometime during the time we were gone and left. It was still broken. We went 3 days of no AC before my husband fixed it himself. There was next to no communication from the manager at the beginning and then one response and this was only after I called and sent numerous text messages. Just beyond disappointing when we have stayed before without a problem AND it isn’t cheap per night. I contacted you through text message to say that we needed to come to some type of resolution before I left a review and I have been completely ignored so here is my review. And again, I hate doing this because we’ve stayed there before without an issue. But this time, the absolute lack of communication And letting us go so long without air conditioning tells me that they either don’t care or they have too many rental properties and not enough employees. And customer service has to be number one. You have families that spend all year saving up and looking forward to a trip. With everything else that could and does go wrong on a trip, they should not have issues with where they stay.

We wanted to respectfully clarify some details regarding the timeline of events. Our records show that upon your notification of the AC issue upon arrival, our maintenance team responded promptly, and recognizing the need for specialized expertise, arranged for an HVAC technician to visit that same day. The specialist arrived after 7pm on Saturday evening and performed repairs. Following this service call, we didn't receive any additional communications indicating ongoing problems until your recent messages.
We sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding or if the repair was not fully successful. Communication is vital to ensuring our guests' comfort, and we regret that there appears to have been a disconnect in this instance. We understand how uncomfortable Florida can be without proper cooling, and we never want our guests to experience such inconvenience.

Perfect location But Never Again
Pros: Location to Disney World Amazing. 6 Bathrooms made it easy for all 6 of us to get ready early in the morning and out for rope drop at Disney. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is quite. Shopping close.
Cons: Management is hard to communicate with. Washing machine was broken when we arrived (and we find it hard to believe they didn't know of it already). On our third day we were told we could use an "emergency" washer in a unit across the street for that morning. This caused us to loose an entire morning of Disney to do laundry. Second issue, carpet is coming up on the seams at the entrance to the bathrooms causing little rusty nails to stick up. Our daughter actually stepped on them before we noticed they were there. We covered them with bath towels. Third issue, when they say no wash clothes, they mean nothing but 1 bath towel per person and 1 kitchen towel. There are no wash clothes, no hand towels and no extra kitchen towels. Forth issue, we saw a number (6) that we killed, baby roaches in the kitchen and dishwasher, however property was clean.
We have stayed at Summerville before at different location (unfortunately it wasn't available for this trip) and had no issues. Not so with this location. The worst part is management had to know about all these issues before we got there. Instead of enjoying our Disney trip, I was busy trying to get this fixed. We will never again stay at a property managed by Columbia Vacation Homes.

This was a great house and location. However, property manager has horrible communication. Never had a response regarding most remotes not having battery or some tvs in the rooms had no internet connection so they were non working tvs. Also one of the biggest problems was the aircondiotion. When we would get back from the parks the ace wouldn’t cool so the nights were hot. It would Start cooling only in the morning and still not enough. Which the property Manager would of answered and helped when the issue was going on. However house is gorgeous and good space.

We loved having our own rooms and bathrooms while still being so close to Disney. This trip included my husband and me, our 30 year old daughter and son in law, 23 year old son, 15 year old son, and 3 year old daughter. When we first arrived our access code didn’t work but someone came right over and got it fixed for us. Other than that our only issue was the AC. It worked fine but it is locked at 70 with no ceiling fans and we normally make our house really cold at night so that was an adjustment for us. Overall it is a great place to stay! It took us no time at all to get to the parks but I would avoid the Walmart next door at all costs because it is packed day and night. Drive down the road to Publix or target for an easier shopping experience.

This was suprisingly an enjoyable experience considering it was a last minute booking to just have a quick holiday break. Love that all rooms have their personal full baths and the house was clean, albeit with some minor flaws, and very family friendly. Only down side was it was hard to call management, e.g. we wanted to know if beds needed to be stripped, etc. otherwise, it was a perfect ender to 2020 and a great way to start 2021! Will stay again.
