Relaxing Holiday Home Pets Are Welcome

Very comfortable holiday home set in a quiet area, within a short drive to the main shopping areas, restaurants and beach.

Front lounge with pool table. Main bedroom with queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. Open plan living, kitchen and dine. Fully self contained kitchen with microwave, dishwasher. Relaxing living area with R/C air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player and VCR. Board games and videos available to use. 2nd bedroom with one queen bed and two singles. 3rd bedroom and 4th bedrooms have two single beds in each. Bedrooms all have ceiling fans. Main bathroom, shower with separate bath, separate toilet. Laundry has an automatic washing machine and dryer.
Please note this property has a rustic and vintage charm, with some areas showing signs of age. If you are seeking a modern property, this may not meet your expectations.
Fully enclosed backyard, room for the dog. Allowed outside only. Barbecue and outdoor setting. Double garage.

Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was large, tidy, only a 15 min walk to town and backyard was nice and big for our baby and our dog to run around.

Very good overall, a couple of things we couldn't open the windows, and the single beds weren't very comfortable. Ok for kids but not older adults.

Clean, easy to get to, roomy, well laid out and well located

The house was clean, secure and well laid out. It was just my husband and I staying but it would be perfect for a big family too since there is ample space, bedrooms and beds. 2 minute drive from CBD and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Would stay again

Love this house have stayed here 5 times now Always clean and tidy plenty of room for family Pool room great to enjoy a night of pool Great outdoor area for bbq which we utilised and sat out there at night Will definitely be staying here again

A great place to stay, plenty of room for all 9 guests. My only complaint was the bees in a tree out front . Maybe all these trees need to be trimmed. Was hard to access to the front door, otherwise we had a great stay. Thankyou

It is a very pretty place. But very hilly.

Not very impressed I found a stain on quilt cover very first day. The girl at L J Hooker wanted to send the cleaner out to change it but I said don't worry. Under the sercumstances of covid things should be spotless. Carpets were dirty. Not a good place for disable people. Toilets were very low . The grass had wood cuttings all over I was going to clean it up a little on the last day but it was raining. I was going to do it because I love gardening.

Quiet Location Large House

The house is quite spacious & was clean and in great condition. Is a great house for disabled guests as the living areas & bedrooms are quite large and open. We had no trouble getting my wife into and around the house in her wheelchair - although couldn't fit the wheelchair into the back part of the house with the laundry, main bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Narrow openings on the showers also meant that a full size shower chair would not fit, so a smaller shower stool had to be used. Has a large covered outdoor area & a big enclosed yard. All appliances were in good condition & functioned well, even has a pool room & pool table. Had no problems with hot water when all 4 of us showered during the day. Is on a nice quiet street with plenty of parking available. Only downside is that it is too far from the beach & shops to walk with a wheelchair (& there is a big hill), so needed to drive. Will definitely try & book this house again on our next visit to Victor Harbor.

Holiday celebrations

This property suited us just fine. Great fenced private backyard for kids and a large undercover entertaining area. The house was a little dated, but large and comfortable with all the mod cons.

Great house

The house was clean and neat with plenty of room. The yard was secure and large which was great for my dog that came with us. We found it convenient to our event and found the house very comfortable.
