Seaview Retreat - large house with beautiful bay views

** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups (we do not accept bookings made up of 12 adults) ** We do not permit pets.

Seaview Retreat is the ideal in luxury, modern living. This fantastic family home has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (both with large plasma TVs, DVD players and stereo with ipod dock), a new kitchen (fridge with ice/water dispenser, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher) and dining area.

The open planned living/kitchen/dining area upstairs opens out to a large deck with amazing views directly over the bay. You cannot help but relax and unwind when you are sitting out enjoying the sun (or you can use the remote control awnings to provide some shade).

There's ducted heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing facilities and ducted vacuum.

The house is well zoned for 2 families with 2 bedrooms, a living room and bathroom upstairs and then 2 bedrooms, a living room and bathroom downstairs.

The outdoor area is another highlight, with a children's haven set down some steep steps into the backyard. It features a cubby house with slide over it and sand pit, and a large inground trampoline.

All of this is tucked privately behind remote control security gates and is alarm protected.

1st bedroom - king bed, BIR, air conditioner, opens out to private deck

2nd bedroom - 1 set of bunks, 1 single bed and a trundle bed, BIR, air conditioner

3rd bedroom - king bed, WIR, air conditioner

4th bedroom - 2 sets of bunks

Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings (surcharge applies).
