The ground floor includes a large covered front porch, one bedroom (King) and bathroom with walk in tile shower. The kitchen has ample counter space and a huge farmhouse sink. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (2 Queen and 2 full beds) along with a bathroom and laundry.
There is a private fenced yard area to the side of the house.
Adequate parking on street as well as behind the home. You can park your boat trailer as well. Boat launch is only a few blocks away

This was our 2nd year staying at the property--can't beat the location and the house is big enough for 4 adults to each have their own room. Will be back next year!
This house met all of our expectations! It had everything we needed and then some. The hosts were quick to respond when requesting the reservation and when I had a question. Thank you for sharing your house with us.
Perfect in every way for our friends reunion. Description was accurate, super cute and cozy. Great communication with owners. The location is perfect, close to the beautiful Lake and downtown. I would recommend this to anyone, and I would stay here again!

The home was welcoming and easily accommodated all of our family of seven's Thanksgiving activities. The close proximity to downtown and the park was a great plus. We were very pleased with the facilities, hosts, and our stay.

Loved our stay here! The location is perfect. Walkable to the lake, restaurants, and the brewery. There is a small grocery store one block over. The hosts were very responsive with questions and the home was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was nice and cozy with hotel style amenities. Within a short walking distance of the lake, beach, park, shops, restaurants. Our host Bryan was was great. He sent us a welcome message and later checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Thank you for looking at our property! My wife Keli and I live in the Houston Texas area. We both work in the mortgage industry helping people get into their dream homes. It is a very rewarding career! When we are not working we look for ways to get to Clear Lake as often as we can. We have some very close friends and family who live near by as well. What makes this property unique
Recently renovated. this home still has all of the character from 1900. Original hardwoods in living room and bedroom, hand carved banister, lathe and plaster walls upstairs, farm house sink in kitchen and main floor bathroom. All of this character with modern electric, plumbing, heating and a/c.
There is also space to park a boat and trailer if you need it. (Up to 25 feet)
