Casa Bella is a newly renovated and refurbished home centrally located in South Tamworth with fully landscaped garden, LUG and fully furnished with modern appliances and furnitures. It has an evaporative cooling and heating.This beautiful house is one of the best in Tamworth's short term rentals. We provide FREE coffee, sugar, tea and milk on arrival. All linens are provided for.

The house has a free WiFi and very close to a bottle shop, butcher, take away shop and restaurants. A short drive to Longyard Restaurant, KFC, McDonalds, Big Golden Guitar and Visitor Information Centre.

This lovely home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The main room has a Queen bed and the second and third bedrooms both have 2 king single beds. We provide premium quality beds to all rooms for our guests to have a decent and comfortable sleep. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and a new leather lounge in the spacious living area.

Casa Bella is very close proximity to Goden Guitar, TRECC, AELEC, Sports Dome, the Longyard and the CBD. A short walk to takeaway shops, butcher and a liquor shop.

At the front is a courtyard which is a secured area for children and entertaining any visitors. This property is in quiet and great location.

For Group and Family Booking, Casa Bella and The Bell House are both situated on the same site (Adjoining Properties) which could accommodate up to 16 guests for both houses.

Ot was very cold when we arrived as we only got to the property at 10pm

It was great for the dogs as they had a secure area in the front of the house. However it was lacking in utensils in the kitchen and the microwave was dirty. It had cooked chips in it still from the last tenant. We cleaned the whole place before we left at 8.45am on Tuesday 28th as we wanted to go Mass. Overall it was a good place to stay and may consider it the next trip to Tamworth.

Casa Bella - 23 Bell Street, South Tamworth

This house was perfect. Very clean, lovely fresh linen, great location. We used it for our visit to the music festival, so we parked our car in the garage and walked to the nearby bus stop and caught the bus everywhere. The Wi-Fi was an issue and that needs attention, and the TV remote had melted batteries, but that was not an issue we just used the manual buttons on the side. The house has a cooling system as apposed to an air conditioner, but that worked very well. Would stay there again.
