White Lilac offers a large and inviting escape amongst the eucalypts and only a short walk to the beautiful Mount Martha beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. Visit the Briars Wildlife Park and Homestead. Spend your days on the beach with a backdrop of colourful beach boxes. Explore a range of excellent cafe and restaurant options including local wine bar, Mr Curtis where you can sip a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the sunset over the bay. Visit some of the regions award-winning wineries, soak in the Peninsula hot springs, enjoy a ride in the Arthur's Seat Gondola 'Eagle' or simply relax in the privacy of your room. Climb the timber stairs to a peaceful loft lounge where you can recline on the cushions, read a book or stargaze overlooking the treetops.

A great space in beautiful Mount Martha

We only had a 1 night stay but out host Vanda was fantastic and very accommodating. The property itself is very well presented and very comfortable. We would highly recommend it.

Perfect secluded escape

White Lilac had everything we needed & more for a couple's escape. Set in Vanda's lovely garden but kept private from the main house with separate entrance. Spacious but cosy. Communication with Vanda was easy and efficient. She is a fantastic host who obviously takes pride & goes the extra mile to provide a great place to stay. Loved our break & wished we could've stayed longer. Thank you

Lovely large studio room with lots of natural light and a sweet cushioned loft for morning coffee amongst the tree tops whilst listening to the kookaburra. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, nice supplies left for breakfast. Helpful local intell from host. I'd go back again without hesitation.

Quiet retreat in central location

The property was a terrific place for a short stay. Centrally located but off the main highway, the studio was only a short distance to a grocery, coffee shops and restaurants while providing a bush-like retreat setting for a quiet stay. Great breakfast muesli, too! Easy communication to arrange the stay, check-in and check-out. Highly recommend.

Vanda was terrific in her communication with us from the start. The apartment was spacious, clean and enormous! It was such a great spot too, close to everything but very quiet and peaceful. We woke to birdsong in the morning and a view of the tree canopy. Some breakfast delights were supplied too. Simply marvellous. Thank you Vanda

We loved this place. Beautifully decorated. Well maintained. Spacious. The host has catered for a wonderful stay. Books, dvds, games, blankets if you feel cold on cold nights, provisions such as shampoo if you have forgotten to pack it. It’s perfect to stay a few nights. Located well. Close to beach and cafes. Only a short drive away to wineries or you can Uber it too. Thanks again !!

White Lilac b&b is excellent

We were definitely surprised to find a b&b that suited us perfectly. 2 night stay with a great sleep. Loved waking up and seeing out of the top window at rhe trees. Loved the fact it was seperate from the house and felt like it was our own space. Lots if space, very clean, and comfortable I cannot say enough great things about white lilac.

Cosy

This charming, private and modern single bedroom apartment is everything we needed. It is a 90 second drive, or short walk to the beach, and is far enough away from the hustle and bustle for a silent night's sleep. Most importantly, our host, Vanda, had thought of everything from freshly baked bread, to home-made muslei and made us feel that her home was our home.
