Live out your 'escape to the beach' dreams with this spacious and modern house.

The double bifold doors both front and rear completely open the front deck all the way through the living room to the rear deck making for one very large entertainment area!

Whether you want to kick back and relax on the front deck or head down the beach for a surf or a game of cricket this place will meet all your needs. With three bedrooms and two separate living areas you can separate the kids from the adults!

The open plan kitchen contains a microwave, induction cook top, oven & dishwasher opening out to the dining and two separate living areas with stunning cathedral high ceilings throughout. A slow burn wood fire heater will keep you warm during those chilly nights along with a reverse cycle air conditioner/heater with a second air con and heater in the second living area.

The second living area contains it's own couches & entertainment facilities to separate the kids from the adults.

Outside features a generous sized rear deck with BBQ facilities along with an undercover area with seating for those rainy days. The front deck is also quite large and contains it's own seating facilities also.

The house also has an outdoor shower as you walk up the stairs to the front door for washing off sand and salt from the beach.

There are a number of resident possums around the property that are quite tame and live in the nesting boxes. If you leave some food on the front deck like some fruit, muesli etc they will come down and eat in the evening.

Some sporting goods are provided such as a couple of old cricket bats and some old surfboards. Feel free to use them.
