Surpassing all expectations, Vista One is a modern 4-bedroom, 3-
bathroom home that offers the perfect blend of luxury and spacious
living for the whole family. The expansive open-plan kitchen and
living area flow seamlessly to a covered alfresco space, complete
with a barbecue, making outdoor dining easy and enjoyable.

Step into your private backyard and enjoy the fun of your own 3-hole
custom putting green perfect for golf enthusiasts of all ages. For
entertainment, the game room featuring a Nintendo Wii and a table
tennis table ensures fun for both kids and adults.

After a day of exploring the vineyards, retreat to the second private
outdoor terrace, equipped with an outdoor gas fire, where you can
unwind with a glass of wine and soak in the serene atmosphere.
Vista One is truly the perfect Hunter Valley getaway!

You needn`t travel far for an exceptional time either, with privileged
access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay at a
luxurious Pokolbin accommodation. Perhaps a dip in the lap pool, a
competitive game of tennis on one of two courts available or a quick
energising session in the gymnasium. Enjoy all the extras of a resort
whilst staying in the comfort of your private holiday house.

We thoroughly enjoyed oru stay at Vista One at the Vintage - it is as good as it looks in the picture and everything is there for a perfect weekend away. There was so much room and all the beds were really comfortable. One morning we even had a hot air balloon fly over just above the trees - a really great get away with your friends.

Day on the Green

A fabulous weekend visiting the Hunter for a concert- A Day on the Green. This property is just perfect, beautiful house and location. Excellent communication with the management for check & help with last minute printing of concert tickets. Already planning our return!

Large Modern House in Vintage Estate - Great for Group Bookings

Modern, clean and spacious house close to wineries was ideal for our girls weekend away in the Hunter. Large, open kitchen living space with gas fireplace as well as the option to split all king beds into singles suited us perfectly. The property exceeded our expectations and all contact with the property manager was with ease.

Great place to share with friends

We stayed at Seventh Heaven in group of four couples and with ensuites for each room, this house is perfectly set up for that. The dining / living areas are generous with plenty of seating and the balconies have fabulous views across to Bimbadgen Estate's vineyard. If you like entertaining the kitchen is well set up for that, and you're also a short walk away from the restaurant and bar at The Vintage. We'll be back.
