Check in was a nightmare, slow and inefficient too many line ups.

It’s a beautiful place but if you want to leave the property be ready to wait in line to get to the taxi stand and then to get a taxi. Takes forever. Obviously they want you spending your $ there and nowhere else, but disliked that very much. It’s too big within the property takes a long time to get to beach or other areas. Won’t be going back!!!

We purchased a Vidanta membership when we first visited Puerto Vallarta in January of 2018 and immediately fell in love with it. We are excited about the coming Mayan/Cirque du Soleil theme park and also purchased a VIP membership and the benefits are extended to you (see below). Our Vidanta membership gives us 3 weeks of use every year at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta and 2 weeks at any of the other five Vidanta resorts, which we can also rent out as well. We hope you have a truly wonderful stay at this amazing resort!
