This apartment has been refurbished and has everything you might need. Couches, timber furniture , plasma TV, presents very well. Pay the fraction of the cost with near by hotels. The apartment comes with linen, towels and a fully equiped kitchen. All rooms have airconditioning. The apartment also is a very short walk to the Oceans Edge Sports and Health Club. Close to Palm Cove village and a short stroll to Palm Cove beach.

Great Location, Great Value

Relaxing in Palm Cove

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at Peter's unit. The short 10 minute walk to the foreshore along the creek and board walk was very pleasant. The unit is in a lovely quite garden setting over looking one of the 4 pools. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Enjoyable Holiday

We loved having lunch on the balcony over looking the pool and the well kept gardens. It was a short enjoyable walk to the beach and restaurants but nice to go back to the quietness of the unit afterwards. The unit had everything that we required to enjoy our holiday. The keyless entry is a great idea. Peter and Karen were easy to communicate with during our stay. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

Brian, I really don't know what you consider to be fraudulent. The renovation was not 8 years ago; what I did mention to you is that we have owned the apartment for over 8 years. The air conditioning units have been checked out and are working. You were the first guest that we have had in Palm Cove wanting heating and we offered to purchase a heater for you. In the kitchen a you wanted a couple of new knifes and chopping boards and these were purchased immediately. Any maintenance issues are always addressed immediately if reported but there was never a mention of sliding door issues.

From Check-in to check out everything was fantastic. The unit was very well priced, clean and had everything you need for a 10 night stay. The pool was a big hit with the kids too! Air con worked well thru out, loved the digital lock too - no need to carry a key around while out sight seeing. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return next time we return to cairns
