Unwind on the balcony, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or explore the nearby beach, attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Enjoy the convenience of Turkish beach towels, sand toys , cooler , beach cart, umbrella and beach chairs .

Upon entering our condo you step in to the updated kitchen. Bright and refreshing with white cabinets, tile backsplash and quartz countertops. This kitchen is equipped with features to make you feel right at home.

Construction Notice (October 2025 – June 2026):
Our condo complex will be undergoing planned walkway and deck construction across different buildings between October 2025 and June 2026. While this work helps keep the property in great shape, we want to be fully transparent so there are no surprises during your stay.

The good news is:
- Our building will always remain accessible during your visit.
- All shared amenities (like the pool and beach access) are expected to stay open.
-We’ve already blocked availability during the weeks our specific building will be directly affected.

That said, you may hear construction noise during normal working hours on weekdays. We truly appreciate your patience as the complex improves, and we're doing everything we can to minimize the impact on your stay.
