Experience Sorrento with a pool & spa, a fire pit amongst the lemon trees, an indoor open fire, an in-ground trampoline and outdoor table tennis & pool tables. The backyard is fully enclosed.

This beautiful home includes a renovated kitchen, large dining area seating 12, central air-conditioning, hydronic heating, 5 bedrooms (2 with ensuites), central bath & powder room. There are no bunk beds.

Just a 500m stroll to the main street, Hotel Sorrento and the front bay beach.

The sleeping configurations can be as follows:

Outside there is the pool deck, the fully enclosed backyard with a sitting area amongst the veggie patch and lemon trees which includes a fire pit. Just off the kitchen is a deck overlooking the pool with a large outdoor table and plumbed in BBQ perfect for entertaining! The lower undercover deck with a combined pool & table tennis table. At the bottom of the garden is an in-ground trampoline. Fun for everyone!

There are various indoor areas for relaxing, the main lounge room with flat screen TV (and apple TV) and a 2nd sitting area off the dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a nespresso coffee machine.

The attic is perfect for children with a flat screen and four single beds with plenty of drawer storage underneath each bed. This room has its own reverse cycle air conditioner/heater.

Fabulous place to stay for a group of friends

The house is lovely and close to Sorrento. It is so well stocked with crockery and utensils. We loved having a large dining table that fit everyone. The chickens were cute and their eggs delicious. The beds were comfortable and it was a perfect choice for a large group of friends.

Brilliant stay - four generations holiday

What a stay! Hubby & I had 6 wonderful nights with Mum, our adult children & all of our grandchildren. The property was perfect! The level of detail & conveniences provided made our stay very comfortable. The pool & trampoline provided endless entertainment, the location meant we could walk to the park, beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Memories from this trip will last a lifetime.

Simply stunning

Three generations gathered to celebrate my mum’s 85th birthday and we had a fabulous time. The house is brilliantly located and has everything you could possibly want. The younger generation loved the trampoline and braved the pool while some of the older generation soaked in the spa, which was great on a cold autumn day. Family dinners were cooked in the gourmet kitchen and we all gathered in the evenings playing board games which was hilarious. Thanks for a wonderful weekend, we’ll definitely be back.

Grandma”s 80th Birthday

Excellent accomodation, very comfortable with beautiful pool and surrounds. Absolutely fully equiped kitchen, loved the chickens and eggs for breakfast. Fun on the trampoline. Family catch up

The house worked brilliantly for our family gathering, especially for active children. In ground trampoline, attic bedroom, toasting marshmallows on the fire pit, beach, park and shops…all within walking distance from the house. Our grandchildren didn’t want to leave. Free to air TV didn’t work (thanks to aerial damage from crows!) but that was our only glitch. We would definitely stay there again.

Why they chose this property

After extensive travel throughout the Mornington Peninsula we decided to purchase our holiday house in Sorrento for the wonderful beaches, restaurants and easy access to wineries and galleries on the Peninsula.

What makes this property unique

We selected this house because we love the Hampton Style of house and the proximity to the main part of town (600m), the Sorrento Pub (500m) and the beaches.

We also love the gas heated pool and we swim all year round!
