We have 3 townhouses located on this street available for use so if you have a larger group, please let us know. Each are named after some of Whitsundays' most popular and loved destinations Daydream, Airlie and Hamilton.

Upstairs:
Master bedroom with ensuite, kitchen, lounge, dining area, & large balcony.
Downstairs:
Second queen bedroom, third bedroom with 2 single beds, laundry, bathroom & access to garage.
Bedrooms:
There are 2 bedrooms each with queen-size beds (master upstairs bedroom with large ensuite), aircon/heating and ceiling fans. The third has 2 single-beds & a ceiling fan. Each room is fitted with brand new Sealy mattresses, crisp bed sheets & a selection of firm and soft pillows to provide our guests with a comfortable night’s sleep. They each have large cupboards with hanging space to unpack and settle in during your stay.
Bathrooms:
There are 2 bathrooms at the property. The upstairs bathroom is the ensuite for the main bedroom and includes toilet, large shower and large-sized bath tub. Downstairs bathroom has shower & toilet.
A hairdryer is provided, along with a starter pack of toiletries to get you started.
Kitchen and Dining:
The kitchen is well equipped with modern oven & cook top, microwave, blender, dishwasher, utensils and a fridge/freezer. We provide a small amount of tea, coffee & milk to get you started on your stay.
There’s a large open-plan kitchen, lounge & dining area to play, be entertained and unwind. This includes a 6-seat dining table & lounge with FREE Netflix and Smart TV & a selection of games, which extends onto your own private balcony offering water glimpses.
Breathe in the fresh air and sit back to watch the sunset slowly disappear into the mountain backdrop of Whisper Bay at the end of the day.
We also provide a porta-cot and highchair for infants so please let us know if this is needed.
Wifi and Entertainment:
To keep our guests entertained we include free wireless NBN internet, a 55 inch SMART TV, HIFI stereo with Bluetooth & USB capabilities and a small selection of games so there’s something for the entire family to enjoy when you’re not out exploring.

There’s Air Conditioning in the living area and 2 queen-sized bedrooms as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Laundry/Linen:
Downstairs we include full laundry facilities with a washing machine & clothes dryer for your personal use as well as washing detergent.
All bed linens and fresh fluffy towels are provided during your stay. For longer stays we can offer a clean & change of linen for an additional fee. Please bring your own beach towels.
Secure Parking:
Hamilton also includes a single lock-up garage to safely secure your car, there’s also room in the driveway for a second car if needed.

The picturesque and very popular Bicentennial Walkway boardwalk is
200 metres from our front door. Shingley Beach is a 5 minute walk & Abell Point Marina a further 5 minutes.
The best way to kick start your day is stop at Bohemian Raw café located at Abell Point Marina where you can soak in the stunning views while enjoying a delicious fresh breakfast or boho bowl. Or head west along The Walkway towards Cannonvale and enjoy a great local coffee and produce at a local favourite - Fat Frog Beach Café in Cannonvale.
Abell Point Marina is the perfect place to hire a boat, a JetSki, or take a trip out to one of the 74 islands that scatter the Whitsundays!
Cannonvale and Airlie Beach are very child-friendly places to holiday. Within walking distance (or a short drive) from the property, there are plenty of parks and play areas.
Airlie Beach Lagoon (a short 3min drive or 20-30min walk into town) is perfect for all ages, the Lagoon offers a few swimming pool options including a sheltered children’s wading pool. There’s also a playground and BBQ facilities.

Listing Transit:
We suggest hiring a car for longer stays so you can explore the local towns & sites away from the Islands. Car hire is approximately $35-70 per day. There are providers located at the airport and within Airlie Beach town. For the budget conscious, you can get around on foot and taxis or local buses are available.
Bus - there’s a local bus service that runs from Proserpine to Shute Harbour.
The closest stop is at the end of our street and takes approx. 7mins by bus into Airlie Beach town. We provide a map & timetable in our property guest guide.
Airport shuttle bus – there are a number of shuttle operators offering economical transport options from Proserpine Airport into Airlie Beach. Tickets can be purchased prior to arrival or at the airport.
If you intend to bring a boat; there is not quite enough space to park a boat at the property however there is usually space opposite the house on a vacant block of land, other boat parking options can easily be found nearby with a quick search of the following:

- Body corporate rules & restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.
- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.
- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property & no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes & put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners & no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm & silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.
- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.
And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
