Tessies Studio is a large, modern fully air conditioned studio apartment perfect for one or two guests. Pets are very welcome - inside and out
With double aspect windows the Studio is light filled and airy. The garden is large, private and fully fenced
A new stylish lounge suite, Smart TV, DVD player & selection of DVDs are in your lounge area.
Free WiFi
There is a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, jug, toaster and quality Maxwell Williams crockery & glassware. You have a BBQ in your own private fenced garden.
You have two dining options - one table inside and another in your private fenced garden under a vine covered patio so that you can dine out under the country stars
A new king size bed with top quality linen ensures a perfect nights sleep. Both soft(down) and firm pillows are provided. The bed is made up with a 5 blanket doona and there are also blankets for summer use.
The ensuite bathroom comes complete with complimentary exclusive toiletries and fluffy white towels

The Studio has its own private fully fenced garden solely for your use.
Pets are welcome inside as we have polished floors and leather furniture.
There are miles of car free, riverside walks metres from your back gate…and then there is the river to swim in.
There is a huge dog park 100m away at the end of the Court.
As pets cannot be left alone, we do provide doggy sitting. Details can be provided when booking
We have a maximum of 2 pets (unless they are teensy - ring to enquire). Each pet is $50 per stay - not per night
