Located on the exclusive northern end of the island (just before the gates of qualia). Only a few minutes drive in your complimentary buggies to the marina village or the resort area. But far enough away so you can enjoy the peaceful surrounds of this tranquil location.
This spacious Hamilton Island luxury villa is ideal for a large family or a group travelling together. Enjoy the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. All opening out to the enormous balcony - ideal for entertaining and your evening bbqs.
The owners have thought of everything to ensure you relax and enjoy your Hamilton Island holiday in their 'home away from home'. Little extras such as Nespresso Coffee machine, TWO complimentary buggies, DVD library, the list goes on....

What an amazing view
We loved staying here. The place had plenty of space for 7 adults and was well equipped with everything we needed. The view was amazing - you could sit on the deck and just watch it for hours. The only slight negative was that it looked like the pool hadn’t been cleaned. The communal pool definitely hadn’t been cleaned and was a little green. A pity because everything else was great. I would definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect accommodation
It really couldn’t have been any better!
There were six of us on a reunion holiday and everyone agreed the accommodation was perfect. Ideal location with incredible views, plenty of space our own private pool plus a shared lap pool available.
We loved using the two buggies provided.
The airport pick up/ drop off service included couldn’t be faulted as was the assistance of the property manager.
It was a unanimous decision to rebook next year!!

A good property in good location but falls short in a few areas to be classed as "luxury"
Generally good. Advertised as luxury but a little tired. Second Buggy and child seat not there on arrival. took an hour waiting in line to get. Check in and valet service good. Cleaning mediocre. Not vacuumed. Rubbish visible on lounges and in outside area. Info booklet not found until day three hiding in a TV cupboard. Appliances need servicing (Dishwasher door springs non existent and it falls heavily when opened. washing machine door would not open when cycle finished without multiple attempts (over ten). One toilet leaking. Fourth bedroom has no external window. Towels provided were threadbare.
Overall a good property in good location but falls short of luxury in my definition for the price.

Great property in a beautiful spot. Very comfortable space and well appointed. Really enjoyed it
Property was great but some of the fine print was frustrating- for the money we paid we should have had Wifi included. Same goes for no mid week linen change - again if you are letting at that price it should be included. The extra charges were frustrating. Also the fuse blew one evening which meant no power to part of the house - no fridge. Property manager didn’t answer the call but did answer the text. On leaving, the valet picked us up too late and we got to the airport after the flight had closed. We had to beg to be let board with our bags. We were not late and were ready at 10am when scheduled. Was very poor leaving experience and were lucky not to have lost our flight. The airline did communicate that back to the Whitsunday holiday team.

Paradise @ Peninsula does offer Wifi, you just pay for it as you go. This is standard in almost all properties on Hamilton Island as internet options for owners on the island are very limited at the moment.
Mid stay cleans are supplied for bookings of 10 nights or more - this booking was only 6 nights so it was not included. It is a self-contained privately owned villa that is not part of a resort - once again this is standard practice. There is a fully self contained laundry in the villa for guests to use.
Regarding the incident with the fuse - these things can happen and this was attended to very promptly by the on island Caretaker who is there to help at any time.
Our apologies on behalf of the valet service company - I have forwarded on your comments to them.

Everything was perfect...just perfect!
This property is all it promises and more! You will want for nothing when you stay here and every little detail is thought of with nothing left out. The comforts, the amenities and of course the view. Its all incredible. You can tell the owners take pride in what they have and want you to enjoy is as they do. I would not hesitate to stay here again! A dream kitchen with ALL you could ask for and so much space for everyone to enjoy some "me time", and some beautiful communal areas made to bond over the days experience whilst possibly eating a feast prepared in the amazing kitchen or on the outdoor BBQ.
