A beautifully furnished, large, two story, one bedroom apartment in a quiet street. Ideal for either corporate or holiday accommodation of 14 days or longer.

Perfectly quiet but close enough to walk to all the attractions, cafes, restaurants and nightlife that St Kilda has to offer.

This two level apartment has a security entrance and a secure under cover parking space ( with remote control gate)

The charming loft bedroom is upstairs and overlooks the spacious living and dining area downstairs.

Set in a boutique block of just 8 other units this gorgeous home offers rustic floorboards and stainless steel appliances.

High pitched ceilings give a warm cozy feel to this modern apartment.

This apartment will suit singles, couples or small families (baby cot and high chair and baby safety kit available by request)

Small to medium sized (10kg max) indoor dogs are welcome with prior approval.

Cats are not permitted in the apartment on stays shorter than 1 month

- The cat bond will be returned pending cleaning of the apartment and if no cat urine smells are found anywhere. Any smell will result in the loss of your bond due to cleaning and deodorizing required.
All other pet policies also apply to cats as well.

A very enjoyable apartment

The apartment is Well equipped and organised. It’s location is close to the beach and entertainment areas. The trams are close by and take you easily to melbourne cbd and markets. We recommend it very much to travellers wanting an enjoyable time in melbourne.

Waterloo Retreat

We enjoyed our stay, but the lounge area takes a very long time to heat up. It was in a handy position for catching the public transport. Did the dining chair get fixed, as when we arrived the cleaners said that one was not stable and they put at the back of the table

Close to everything, yet in a quiet street, this well sized one bedroom appt is perfect for a stay in St Kilda, especially when you want to be close to the action but not bothered by it.

Great location. Very close to 67 tram which goes straight to the city via Flinders station. Car park available which was easy to access. Very clean and well maintained with coffee, tea, milk and other essential supplies provided - even two Mykis for guest use. Very impressive. Comfortable bed and awesome shower. Will definitely re-visit.

Great Home Away from Home

This is a very well equipped, comfortable apartment. It feels like someone has actually lived there for an extended period. It's a 3-minute walk to a tram stop where you can pick up a tram to Federation Square (you do need a Myki card to use the tram) and it's a 5 to 10 minute walk to a number of restaurants and an Aldi grocery store. A Europcar car rental location is within ten minutes walk. We really liked our stay.

Great location in St Kilda. Geraldine has set up a lovely space that accommodates pets. Everything about the booking and stay was easy. The house was very clean and inviting. I loved the pet treats laid out on arrival!

A little old and tired but kept immaculately.

When looking for a small apartment at fairly late notice and in the lower end of the pricing scale one should not be looking for a palace. This unit is certainly no palace but it is extremely well kept and has all of the functions required for a short stay. After getting through the complicated procedure to obtain access everything went very smoothly and I am happy to recommend to singles or a couple. Thaks for having me.

My St Kilda stay

Although the apartment was clean, it was very dated. One rug was tattered and frayed. The bathroom rugs, had bleach stains on them and were old. The heater in the bathroom did not work. Only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and no face cloths. The neighborhood had a rough look to it, with a refrigerator, mattress, broken lamps etc lining the street one had the impression that these objects had been there a long time. A great plus was being one block from the Tram line. I feel that if some money were put into this property updating it, then it would have been worth the money I paid for it. I feel badly writing this since Geri worked with us and accommodated a request we made.

Im so sorry you had that experience Virginia. I got your note and those bath mats will be taken out of rotation and my cleaner has been informed about the wash cloths that should have been there. I would have gladly supplied them if you had asked. Extra towels are always in the laundry cupboard and more are available on request too. I will check the heater which is fairly new and repair or replace the rug you mentioned. I’m always happy to receive feedback to keep my place up to standard :) St Kilda is an eclectic neighborhood, so as a new visitor, I can understand it can have some shock value in its rougher element but it is also has an amazing arts and live music scene, great food and beaches and wonderful residents :)

What makes this property unique

Waterloo is a very small block and really quiet, you’ll hear birds sing in the morning. The cute slanted roof and loft bedroom is one of a kind. No two apartments are the same in the block. Mine is the only one with this sort of split level design.
