Great location

This apartment is located very close to all of the wonderful restaurants in the midtown. I just walked to get in there. Also, it is very close to the sites i have been working. Tim and Thomas were very diligent to make sure everything i needed was promptly fulfilled.

Nice rental with quiet neighborhood & gated fence

The stay was great. There was an issue for about an hour with the internet, but that is no fault of the owner (Remote worker here). I think certain areas like doors could use paint touchups. I am someone who likes to watch tv while in the bed so please put a small tv in the bedroom. It would be nice to have an extra blanket if needed while watching tv. Yes, I would stay here again. The gated group of apartments gets a thumbs up from me.

Perfect Temporary Home

I came to Memphis, temporarily starting a new job. And this home was PERFECT for me. Everyone was so kind and respectful, and all of the security measures gave me a sense of stability that I desired moving somewhere new. I was able to start putting down my roots, all because this townhouse served as the perfect temporary stay. It's in a great location, minutes away from all the good places to shop and eat! And then it really is the perfect size home for someone like me, living by myself and working all day. There was barely any maintenance issues and everything was easy to clean, and provided for you! I really had no issues while here. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling by themselves, or even a young couple looking for a small getaway in Memphis!
