There`s nothing that says Rest and Relaxation better! Enjoy the spectacular beach views and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico. So close to the water you`ll hear the waves crash. Unit #605 features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed decorated in Tommy Bahama style and offers a TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed. The third bedroom sleeps 2 with a twin trundle bed. Fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, Free parking - Parking space right in front of the building, secured lobby, and a full-size washer and dryer inside the condo. With over 1100 sq. ft., you`ll have plenty of room for everyone. The property sits closer to the Gulf of Mexico than any other surrounding area and features a beachfront heated pool with a paver deck. The paver deck offers many lounge chairs to enjoy! The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer a secured lobby, elevator access to each floor, assigned parking, and visitor parking. Less than 1 mile North of John’s Pass Historic Fishing Village, you’ll enjoy all the restaurants and shops in no time. ***THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY***



Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to `settle` the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John`s Pass Village and Boardwalk.



John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here, you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart`s content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity, but you can rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise, or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and public beach access points are within the city limits. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

Everything was great with the exception of the construction in the parking lot. Had to move our vehicle one day with already limited parking and another day we came back to the property and the construction lift was blocking the only entrance. Other than that our stay was relaxing and we always stay in the Madeira Beach area. Been coming down for over 20 years.

Family vacation

We travel with the whole family to Madeira Beach every spring. Stayed at different condos every time. This is the nicest place yet. The view was beautiful. The condo was clean and well stocked. Entertainment was within walking distance. We hope to make this our go to for years to come.

Fantastic location. Amazing view of the Gulf from the balcony. Unit was very clean. Close to dining and shopping. Amazing water and private, uncrowded beach. A little cramped for 6 people, but parties of 4 would be more than comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Villa Madeira

Villa was nice. The extras that the owner provided were perfect. Cooler, chairs sand pales, boogie boards too. Also not broken. Several other visitors complained that chairs and boogie boards broken. This owner is on top of the customer service and extras. Location is good. Easy to get to. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

Three old ladies getaway.

We are 3 widows age 70+. I lived in Tampa for 18 years. The condo was perfect. We spent our awake time on the wonderful screened balcony, when not out and about. We found everything we needed to be comfortable. Great restaurants all around. We enjoyed walking the beach and sitting by pool. All was good.

Excellent Family Condo with a Georgeous View

The condo was very nice. Bedrooms were roomy. The small room was little but perfect for my teenage son. The property managers were quick to respond to our request for a crock pot and were also helpful in organizing equipment for my handicapped mother. Best of all the view was beautiful. If I had one request, it would be to install a ceiling fan on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

AMAZING VACATION LOCATION

We had an absolute amazing time and are planning our summer stay there next year (already). We hardly needed any simple supplies when we got there - normal groceries to feed 6 kids' mouths. The location was perfect to everything. A one minute drive to Johns Pass boardwalk, and walking distance to little restaurants and ice cream/candy shops. Would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to get away and LOVES the beach. My children and I (and their 2 friends) took nightly walks on the beach. It was an amazing time to connect with them and get away from the hustle and bustle of "home life" 10+ off the charts.

Beautiful view

The view from the condo was beautiful. Sound of the ocean waves was very calming. Condo was neat, clean and well equipped. They left starter supplies which was helpful. The only down side was the third bedroom was also the laundry room. Other than that, condo was wonderful. Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals was very responsive and answered all of our questions.

Fantastic

The place is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice! We had an issue with one of the shower faucets, but Crystal was very nice and quick to respond with someone to get it fixed. I give this unit a high rating be cause it is very pretty and plenty of room to accommodate us all! The unit is fully stocked with any kitchen supplies you may need.
