About this property

Heaven on Earth! - This 2-story 3/3.5/2 has a bonus 4th bedroom/game room (pull-out queen couch - and sectional sofa). The house sits directly on the waterfront in a gated golf course country club community. Enjoy all this townhome has to offer. Awesome waterfront lot with beautiful views from the deck. There is also a hot tub to relax in! The patio has a built-in outdoor kitchen, fridge, sink, and grill where you can relax and grill the day's catch. The second-story balcony has a gas fire pit for pure relaxation while watching the stars over the lake. Each day you can fish or take in some golf; enjoy the pool and fitness club or any other amenities offered by the April Sound Country Club. Right down the road, there is even a great park for the little ones. Sit outside on either deck and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. What a breathtaking view! This guard-gated community has it all.

This townhome is the perfect setup for your Lake Conroe Getaway. Flat screen TVs, one with Xbox for watching videos or gaming, board games, books, and plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax in comfort. Check-in is at 4 pm, and checkout is at 11 am.

If you don't find everything you need in April Sound, nearby Conroe/The Woodlands has the perfect combination of country and city living - shops, dining, museums, entertainment centers, theaters, and concert venues, to name a few!

Within miles, you will find a Marina where you can rent a boat and/or jet skis for a few hours or the entire week. You will find restaurants on the water where you can also dock your boat. There are some wonderful restaurants overlooking the lake. Check out the Magnolia Diner for breakfast, or Ransoms Steakhouse for an awesome dinner. Don't miss Papa's on the Lake and Wolfie’s Bar for an amazing view of Lake Conroe. Fajita Jacks and Sam’s Boat are right on the water as well. Gorgeous water views combined with amazing cuisine! Sweet little spot on the lake

I want to start off by saying that I really love staying in the April Sounds country club. It has been wonderful to wake up and enjoy the lake views! This property is cute, kind of like staying at grandmas house. The kitchen was STOCKED with any utensils, tools and cookware I needed. It was weird that we opened the fridge and there was an open bag of meat in the fridge. After that my friend went to use the front bathroom and she found the toilet paper was yellow with mold on it. We are a pretty laid back bunch but that was pretty bad. Just like one of the previous reviews, it says no dogs allowed. What was weird was when I went to go turn down the bed with the king bed in it it was covered in black dog hair. I found a lot of personal items like tooth brushes, razors and a TON of frozen food. Its almost like someone lives there part time. That was definitely interesting. Typically the properties we have stayed at don't have as much stuff in it Other than those things, the property itself is really cute and in between Montgomery and Conroe. I would just recommend maybe better cleaners next time.

Nice Water vacation spot

The house and view were amazing. However, the flooring, blankets and furniture were all covered in dog hair so it had obviously not been cleaned well. This house is advertised as No Pets, so this was disappointing. Also, refrigerator was stocked with many items that were expired, so make sure to check before you use them. If you cant do stairs, this is not the house for you as it is a tri-level with lots of stairs.

Waterfront! Great sunsets!

Cute property - layout was great for mixed aged teens (separate) the house had a lot of little amenities that we didn’t use - it was cozy and we had a great time!

This was a wonderful location on the lake. The beds were plentiful and comfortable, the location was clean, and the entire stay was effortless! I would do it again.
