Currumbin Sanctuary No. 13

My unit is in a great location at 40 Teemangum St.. It's a ground floor unit with secure underground parking space. Linen (sheets, bath towels, hand towels) supplied, plus beach towels. Kitchen fully equipped, Washer and dryer. Overhead fans in both bedrooms and living room. The huge deck overlooks a lake with lots of birdlife. Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is next door. Close to Gold Coast Airport. Walk to Currumbin Surf Club for dinner above the crashing waves. Playgrounds close by and buses at the door. Unit does not have cable TV but does have lots of games and DVDs supplied free. I do not provide free Wifi (in order to keep rates reasonable) but ask me about mobile WIFI. I have a device you can use - Telstra voucher starts at $20 for 5GB.

Locality

Currumbin is at the southern end of the Gold Coast, about an hour from Brisbane and 10 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta.

Fantastic stay!

Overall we spent 9 nights and enjoyed it immensely! Everything from sitting on the spacious deck watching a variety of birds and wildlife to soaking in the pool during a hot afternoon. The location is excellent as it is close to the beach, shopping and provides easy access the main roadways. Colleen was an excellent host and for anyone looking to stay in this area I would highly recommend it!!

We really enjoyed staying in this very comfortable unit. Loved the large balcony, great to sit out on in the afternoon. Grandchildren LOVED the spa pool and the choice of the other 2 pools. Very well kept gardens and well run resort. Hope to spend more holidays there. Very friendly check in.

Fabulous home away from home.

Colleens place is so well set up. She’s fabulous to communicate with and there are so many extras supplied. The beds are great and the outdoor area is huge. The swimming pool and spa were well loved by my children. The apartment is in a great spot. We will be back.

Great unit with beautiful outlook, and lovely pool

Nice unit, lovely verandah area, overlooking river. Lots of local birds visiting was a bonus. Well equipped kitchen, with air conditioning in the lounge room and fans in bedrooms, which was nice in the warmer weather. Well kept complex with very nice pool. Close to beach.(Only negative - under plane flight path, but no planes at night)
