Brad, we are sorry you did not have a good experience at our condo 101. As you said, our property manager did come by the home and also spoke with the upstairs homeowner to address the volume complaint. And you are correct about the history of reviews here. We received a 5 star review from the folks that stayed in this condo immediately after you departed. This was an isolated incident and we apologize it happened during your stay.
